We stayed at the Ramada Hotel with a group. The location was great AND the hotel
booked all our rooms in the same area. We had a problem with our bill and the
Ramada staff went above and beyond to correct the situation. I wouldn't hesitate
to recommend this hotel! Thank you again for great service.

Our volleyball team recently travelled to Abbotsford and booked a group of rooms
at the Ramada. The excellent service provided by the Ramada and in particular
Chrissy Nicholson, Sales Coordinator made our stay very memorable. The friendly
staff members were accommodating and all our rooms were arranged in close
proximity.
The rooms were in good condition and had plenty of space.
The location was excellent with the Fun Land next door and many places to eat a
short walk away. The entire group was impressed with the stay and we would not
hesitate to recommend the Ramada in the future. Great for group bookings.

The amazing staff at the Ramada are all empowered to make their quests stay the
best possible. All areas of the hotel from reception to the banquet rooms, hotel
rooms, location and pool all rate #1. My company hosts many events in various
hotels and this facility is by far the most accommodating. Communication with
there customers and between departments is top notch. The friendly staff go the
extra mile to serve their quests.

As a corporate traveler I am on the road extensively and have stayed in numerous
accommodations throughout Western Canada. During these travels I always attempt
to stay at hotels which cater to the business person who enjoys consistent and
excellent customer service. The Ramada PLAZA has been meeting these needs for
the past 5 plus years and that is what keeps me coming back. Access to this
hotel is very easy off the Trans Canada Highway. When you check in the front
desk clerks meet you with a friendly smile, caring attitude and will go out of
their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. If you are working in the evenings
from your room this hotel offers excellent working desks with plenty of space
and plug ins for all the charging devices we now have to travel with. The beds
are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The attached White Spot
restaurant is also very handy and offers a good selection of items on their menu
for any of the three daily meals. Although the fitness room is not overly big it
has several pieces of equipment to challenge you with a good workout to start
your day. If you are a business traveler who like me requires these types of
needs I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose Abbotsford as family friends live close by. This was our first visit to
British Columbia, and we found the location great for exploring the beautiful
Fraser Valley, Vancouver, Lake Harrison and also the NW USA. The staff were
really friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. We were very
pleased that there were rooms to accommodate a family of 5 as many hotels would
make you take 2 rooms. The White Spot restaurant linked to the hotel was great
for breakfast and the staff there were also very friendly and helpful. We would
definitely stay here again.
