Last minute booking could not get into regular hotel and so I stay with
the Best Western Plus KIngs Inn and was pleasantly surprised. My room
was more than what I expected and the staff very friendly will definite
consider staying here again the next time I come back to town.

Last week, my family and I came to visit in Vancouver. We stayed at one of the
rooms with kitchen.
The room is very clean. It is very close to Metrotown where we went shopping a
lot.
A great place to stay. We'll definitely come back again!

There were several bugs crawling up the wall of my room, I had to move to
another room. The coffee pot didn't work in the room. The breakfast is terrible
food, I got sick after eating the eggs and mystery meat. The women taking care
of the breakfast buffet put her hand in the garbage and then starting touching
the food without washing her hands.

The amenities provide in the room like a fridge and a coffee maker, make things
a little easier.
Thought the room was small.
This hotel is located in a very convenient spot for people who are doing
business or visiting in the Burnaby/new Westminster area. The rooms are clean,
and the people at the desk and room service are very accommodating to make sure
your stay is a pleasant one.

I had not planned on staying here, but after a busy day in the Vancouver area I
was a bit tired and a bit lost so I decided to call it a day.
I was greeted with friendly service and a fast check-in. The rooms were
spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 queen beds, a microwave and a
mini-fridge. There was a few scuff marks on the walls, but linens were clean and
the room smelled fresh.
The free breakfast had a limited selection of fresh fruit or pastries, but did
offer sausages, waffles, boiled eggs, juice, coffee, toast, cereal and oatmeal.
A usable pool would have been nice, but no such luck as I was there during cool
weather and it was an outdoor facility.
I'm not one who's much in to physical fitness, but they did offer me a day pass
to a major fitness facility across the street.
Overall, nothing to really brag about, nothing to complain about, everything was
fine.
