I have stayed many times at this hotel for both business and personal travel. The location is perfect as it is an easy Sky Train ride to Vancouver and close to many other amenities. The staff is superb. They are always accommodating and unfailing pleasant and professional. The concierge floor is better than that of many other hotels I've stayed at. The rooms have great views, comfortable beds and are quiet. I travel 45 weeks a year and truly appreciate the comforts of staying here.

the people and the location is very good, as all the Hilton standards the room is excellent, the bed, the bathroom very clean , the location is very good you can move to skytrain by Metrotown station, and you are so close to the down town, very good selection

We had a early Business Meeting in Burnaby, so went over the night before to arrive fresh at the meeting. This was our first time in this Hotel, but we were impressed. We arrived late, so ordered Room Service, and were surprised by the quick service we received especially considering they had told us they were very busy. The tray presentation was laid wonderful, and the food was great. Just what we needed after a few hours of travelling. As we had to leave the Hotel early in the morning, we also filled out the Breakfast Card, specifying what time we would like our Room Service Breakfast to arrive. It came just as ordered, on time, and again with the same wonderful presentation and service.
As we had to leave right away, I cannot comment on what else this Hotel had to offer. From what we saw and experienced though, I wish we would have had more time here!
The Front Staff and parking Valets were also very professional, and the service was quick.

This was my second stay at the property and the first time without a car. I was attending a conference in Vancouver but found the rate much more agreeable at this property. It was conveniently located near the subway line and within walking distance of a very large shopping mall. I found plenty of dining options just steps from the hotel. Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it as a good option for someone who doesn't want to be stuck downtown.

I stayed here only because I had some meetings in Burnaby. It was fine, but way too pricey for its location in my opinion (unless of course you want to spend all your time and money at Metrotown Mall...if that's the case then knock your socks off). There is a skytrain station nearby if you want to head into Vancouver, but for the same price (or cheaper) you could simply stay downtown Vancouver anyway to take advantage of all it has to offer. There was also a Stargate convention while I was there, which provided additional entertainment with some of the interesting folks cruising through the lobby and in the elevators. The staff were excellent. Fitness centre was so-so.
