It was a rainy morning and I did not have an umbrella. The lady at the front
desk saw me leaving the lobby and said " take mine as I'm in all day". Is that
service or what. When we checked in , they delivered a fruit basket to the
rooms. A very nice touch. The rooms are much like you would get at a boutique
hotel. They also provide an all day pass to a fully equipped gym 50 yds away.
Their breakfast is one of the best I have had as a complimentary meal.
Parking is free and right besides the building. To top it all, the cost was
ultra competitive.
I will certainly recommend it to friends and business colleagues.

If I could give this hotel another half star. I would!! I got a smoking good
deal on line for this hotel (was there for family in distress) had selected it
for proximity to family and reviews on trip advisor. Would not hesitate to refer
this hotel to my best friends.
Full meal deal for breakfast. sausages, eggs, fresh pastries, waffles, yogurt,
fruit, milk, cereal, apple & orange juice. And not to mention, they have daily
specials, for dinner. Myself and 2 family members dined in the pub, with
beverages and meal, our bill was around $28.00 Canadian.
The room was awesome, sleigh bed, duvet, hardwood floor, coffee maker, micro
wave, mini fridge (with bottled water) and mounted flat screen tv. This truly is
a boutique hotel.
As a solo female, when in a big city (coming from a small town) I usually get a
bit overwhelmed. I felt totally secure here. The staff is so kind. I needed to
catch a bus back to Van. Is. and I asked the front desk if they had any info.
The woman at front desk dropped what she was doing, went to the net and gave me
a printout of the schedule. I have been in hotels where I have waited for 10 to
15 minutes just to be acknowledged..
Will be staying here again, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending
this hotel...keep up the good work.

One night stay was great
It was a nice hotel, clean, nice staff, rooms super nice. Needs more accesses to
parking, only entrance is around the front, so if you have lots of luggage, its
a bit difficult. Didn't see an elevator, so may not be wheelchair friendly. the
rates were great. nice fruit basket in room and free breakie tho by 9am it was
pretty empty.. guess we missed out

The staff was extremely helpful and caring! Breakfast was delicious,
unfortunately the waffles were so good that they were always gone. I would
recommend the hotel for sure.

It was a nice hotel. Front desk lady brought us up to the room and we received
some fruit. Bed was not that comfortable, but if I was in that area I would stay
again. |
