The service is friendly and customer-focused. Check in and check out is
quick , friendly and accurate. I stay here often and I appreciate the
extra attention I receive any time I interact with the staff. The rooms
are always clean, fresh and quiet. The restaurant on site is an added
bonus and it too is very friendly and the food is very good.

I've stayed here almost every other week over the past 2 years. (The
company I consult for is nearby). It's location is great. Within one
block is the Skytrain to downtown Vancouver - 20 minutes- (or on to
Science World, the airport, or Metrotown...), many great restaurants
(Earl's, Cactus Club), family fare (ABC Restaurant or Swiss Chalet) or
fast food like Starbucks, McDonalds, and Subway. There is no room
service, but this isn't a problem since the ABC Restaurant is on premise
and will pack anything to go, you can even charge it to the room. The
rooms come with or without a kitchen, but all have microwave, coffee and
small refrigerator. There is guest laundry, a hot tub and an exercise
center. The free wi-fi always works great and there is cable TV with
Pay-per-view movies. There are a few multi-room suites, good for family
stays. They have a shuttle that can take you to places nearby when the
weather is such that you don't want to walk there. In 2 years, my only
complaint was a wall hair blow dryer died while I was using it and the
staff ran a replacement up to my room right away. The facilities are
always clean and reliable. The best part of this hotel is it's staff.
They go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Check
in/out is always easy, the bills are never messed up, and they take
pride in the whole facility. I would highly recommend this hotel, and
have to many coworkers.

I stayed in a one-bedroom suite with my husband and two-year old
daughter from February 20th to 24th to attend some medical appointments
at BC Children's Hospital. We were very impressed! All the staff were
friendly and helpful, the medical rate was reasonable, and the location
was excellent! Every restaurant you could possibly need is within a two
minute drive, and the sky-train station is a block away (which can take
you to downtown Vancouver in less than 15 minutes). Although we did
avail ourselves of several of the nearby restaurants, we really
appreciated having a full kitchen to prepare snacks and meals, and the
separate bedroom made it easy to maintain our toddler's bedtime
routines. The room was incredibly spacious, had two tvs (one in the
bedroom and one in the sitting room), and a desk/work-station for our
laptop. The WiFi is free, which is nice, but was pretty slow. Still, it
suited our needs fine. My husband and daughter visited the hot tub, and
found it to be more than adequate. If this hotel had a pool, it would be
pretty much perfect! All in all, this hotel is an ideal place to stay,
no matter what part of the city you plan to visit. We will most
definitely be back!

Had to be in 3 different points in the Metro area. Was very centrally
located to the freeway (Highway no 1) . Great service and good place to
eat.

we stayed there for a night in November 2010, we had an appointment at a
vet clinic nearby and we didn't know if we were going to have to stay or
not, and if so, which night or nights-- the woman working reservations
was very very kind and helpful-- really helped us when we were a little
overwhelmed with other decisions (terrible driving conditions,
critically ill pet) -- the room was clean, t he bed was comfortable, the
shower was hot-- the only complaint was the tv channels didn't match the
listing and the choices were a little limited-- and a list of
restaurants that delivered would be really helpful too--
