Good location if you are visiting Burnaby; not great for visiting
Vancouver. Close to shopping (huge mall at Metrotown). Lots of ethnic
stores etc nearby. Ask for a room at the back, away from Kingsway. Older
but well maintained. Continental breakfast was free.

We have been staying at this hotel for ten years, but it is now time for
a change. Our main complaint is that the area has become very noisy and
on both nights of our stay we were awoken several times. Not the best if
you want a good night's sleep. Rooms are clean and basic.

This hotel is OK if you can't find another place or need to stay in that
neighborhood. The room was clean with the usual hotel furniture, nothing
fancy. The staff was helpful. It is located about 1km from a skytrain
station about a 30min ride from downtown. The breakfast buffet in the
morning is OK, with the nice addition of do-it-yourself waffles. There
is free access to a full gym across the street.

The woman who worked the front desk was eager and capable when I had a
problem with the printer in their public office area. The gym and pool
located across the street previously this being my fourth trips to this
hotel. The staff on the premises were very friendly and helpful.

The amenities provide in the room like a fridge and a coffee maker, make
things a little easier. Thought the room was small. This hotel is
located in a very convenient spot for people who are doing business or
visiting in the Burnaby/new Westminster area. The rooms are clean, and
the people at the desk and room service are very accommodating to make
sure your stay is a pleasant one.

We had a six night stay at BW Kings Inn during the Winter Olympics. It
was a very convenient motel with SkyTrain service 4 blocks away to get
you into Vancouver and beyond. Convenient eating places nearby such as
Denny's and White Spot and supermarket. We had a two-room suite which
was handy for quick morning snacks in-room. Plenty of parking.

Nice couch in the room. This is a very basic hotel
Needs a new paint job. Needs a face lift.
Just looks a little ragged. But it was at night too, and wet and gray.
The room inside was OK, but the outside (away from the lobby) looked
kind of tacky. paint-job please! And on a busy dicey-main boulevard.
