The hotel was very clean and well designed although an elevator would be a good
addition to the premises. The hotel's staff is definitely their biggest asset --
helpful, friendly, accommodating. I appreciated the fruit basket in my room and
the calling card (purchased for $5.60) for long distance calls. The only thing
that I think could be improved is the breakfast buffet. It is quite limited and
food was often not really hot. Other than that, my stay was excellent and I felt
very safe in the neighborhood, too.

Quiet and clean, checked in and out late, no problem. Missed breakfast but cook
got us a lovely plate of eggs, sausage, muffin, waffles, coffee and juice.

You will enjoy it
Hotel is cozy and comfortable. Front desk is very friendly and nice to me. I
enjoy the quality and services of this hotel very much.

Great place to stay
Great hotel to stay in. Nicely furnished - more like what you would have in your
home than standard hotel furniture. Room not overly large but more than
adequate. Staff very nice. The fruit basket came and was welcome and
appreciated. Free breakfast the next very nice. Only complaint ......... our
room had some sort of a fan or something on the roof line right outside our
window> My husband is a light sleeper so he found this to be a bit of a problem.

Great Hotel and location!
This is a great Hotel, we stay here every time we go to Burnaby for an event.
Free continental breakfast and parking is a definite plus! Service is excellent
every time! We saw the hotel employee deal with a loud group and he was very
patient and reasonable with them showing them respect even when dealing with
their disrespect for their neighbours.
