at the western edge of
Metrotown Centre, Swangard Stadium is home to the
Vancouver Whitecaps professional soccer club and a host to other track

Swangard Stadium has food concessions available depending on the size of the
event, I know that when you go to Vancouver Whitecaps
game they not only have the regular concessions open but some speciality stands
such as Pizza, BBQ Hamburgers Espresso stand, mini donuts and fresh lemonade to
mention a few.
Also they have been featuring some local bands to pump up the crowds before the
game.
In the past Swangard Stadium has hosted games for the the 2007 FIFA U-20 World
Cup, Canadian Men's and Women's soccer teams in Olympic and World Cup
qualifying.
The Stadium has the ability to increase seatin capacity in some cases, crowds in
excess of 10,000 have witnessed games, with many of the fans standing.
Located
at Boundary Road and Kingsway. There are 350
parking spaces on site with limited street parking. If at all possible using
Public Transportation can be the best option for exact routes visit

The SkyTrain station close by is
Patterson Skytrain Station, it would leave you within a couple of blocks.
The Box office is only open on the day of the game or event and is located at
the main entrance, you will find the will call office there as well. Make sure
you bring the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID to get
your tickets.

The Stadium holds 5722 with the main grandstand being located on the west side
of the stadium and contains sections A through G. There is also reserved
bleacher seating on the east side (sections H through M), north side (sections N
& O), and southeast side (section G).
