Had a quick overnight stay, but staff was very nice and hotel was very
comfortable. No restaurant, but walking distance to lots of amenities.

Right on the highway, ask for a room at the back as the highway is rather busy
24 hours a day. Good sized rooms with really comfortable beds. Pool is small but
adequate if your kids are small. Well located for a stopover & easy to get into
Vancouver on the train. We used the hotel as a base to get around the area. When
we arrived they had not accepted our late internet booking as we're fully booked
at the time, but he did manage to get us in & gave us the same rate & upgraded
our room. All the staff we met inc maids we're helpful & cheery. Would
definitely stay again & use the hotel as a base to get into Vancouver & the
surround area

We stayed at this hotel for a sporting event and it was a pleasant surprise. We
were so tired when we checked in and really just wanted to get into our rooms
quick. The girl at the front desk had all our keys ready and everything from
there on was a pleasant surprise. They let us use the breakfast room for a pizza
night with the kids and we felt they just really offered great customer service.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone especially travelling with kids. Pool was
refreshing and clean. The sports rate was very fair.

This is a typical Lower Mainland hotel. It is older, well maintained. Do not
accept any room facing Brunette as the traffic noise is horrendous 24/7. Rooms
at the back are quieter. We stayed for five nights and the electronic room key
never really worked.
Good but standard breakfast in a larger clean separate room. Overall cleanliness
is ok but the rugs do seem to be vacuumed very often. The hotel does have an
outdoor pool which was out of service during our stay.
This hotel welcomes teams competing in local events. We had 10-12 year old boys
lacrosse teams on the weekend. Fortunately, parents established corridor check
points to stop corridor relay races and monitor traffic. It worked this time and
other similar groups should take note of this practice.Hotel review of the

We were delighted with our 6-night stay at this hotel with my family of 4 and
two small children. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was newly
remodeled and very clean - we had loads of beautiful white fluffy towels. The
pool and hot tub were very clean and well-taken care of and a perfect
temperature. The best was the excellent breakfast - gourmet European style
pastries and muffins, whole grain bagels and bread, fresh fruit, cereal and
boiled eggs. Hot coffee, juice, milk, tea etc. Very clean dining room and food
always kept replenished - excellent staff at breakfast, a complete delight. We
would stay again and recommend this to anyone.

I got my room through
www.allure-hotels.com for a good price, but the location was a bit off
of my desired location. But, by using the local transit website, I was able to
get within a block by using skytrain, and to my rental car the next day by bus
with only one change.
The hotel had a European feeling, and the room was clean. The only problem was
noise from the room above as the other guest had an two hour bout of pacing to
and from the bathroom.
If you are driving to Vancouver and want to save money over the downtown hotels
and use skytrain this is a great location. If you want to have your car for
activities or are flying in and using transit it is a little more difficult. A
neutral stay.

My partner and i stayed at this hotel for one night in early September. The
check in was quick and efficient and the reception area looked attractive and
clean. Our room was at the front of the building but I didn't notice any major
traffic noise so it wasn't an issue.
The rooms were large and well appointed with lovely fluffy clean duvets on the
bed and lots of new looking towels in the bathroom. Im a nut for cleanliness and
I had no complaints at all.
The continental breakfast in the morning was more than adequate with pastries,
bagels, cream cheese and jams, cereals and boiled eggs. All constantly
replenished while we were there.
All in all a very pleasant stay in a very (for us) convenient location. We will
stay there again.

Great hotel overall, especially for a discounted AAA hotel. Rooms are extremely
clean and quite nice for a chain hotel. The best part about this hotel was
probably the cleaning staff....sooo sweet and accommodating. They got to know us
(we were here for over a week for the triathlon world championships) and would
let us in our room at annoying times when they keys didn't work. They were very
sweet and cleaned the room very well, even folding some of our clothes left on
chairs and in the bathroom! Overall, the staff and cleanliness as well as close
proximity to a SkyTrain and restaurants were the high points. I would def recommend this BW, it was a great experience. You cannot expect
perfection from a chain hotel like this, but my stay was overall pretty great,
nice rooms and a great staff
