Stayed three nights at the Listel rather than the conference site hotel
a few blocks away on Robson. Walk able to some delightful and long term
favorite restaurants and downtown. Small amount of minor wear in the
well furnished rooms, each with an art theme by floor.
Most enjoyable was the the bar, the wine tastings, and the employees,
all of them, who add remarkably to a delightful stay. Will definitely
stay there again and recommend to friends and associates.

Great central location and lovely rooms, with all of downtown Vancouver
within walking distance and everything you could need by the hotel.
The thing that really sets this hotel apart, however, is service. The
staff are extremely gracious and warm while being totally professional.
They go above and beyond to accommodate requests.
Free premium coffee, wireless and daily wine tastings are nice perks,
too.

I knew I would be in Vancouver for a conference the last time I stayed
at the Listel and so booked for this most recent trip as I was checking
out. There are so many great things about it. It's close enough to the
convention centre that you can walk but not so close that you are
tempted to run back to it at every break. The reception staff is very
welcoming and always make you feel special as you enter the lobby. It's
right across the street from a great wine store and an amazing sushi
restaurant. Two of the things I am always looking for when on the road.
Free internet and free long distance calls are two other great benefits.
The bathroom is pretty small but then how much time do I really spend in
there. The towels and beds are great. The art work in the rooms and the
lobby is very interesting. Some of the furniture is starting to show
it's age a bit but in a character adding way not a falling apart way. If
I am in Vancouver and have the choice I am staying here.

We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel staff (Vera)
graciously accommodated our request for a king bed and a high floor. In
fact, our room even had a terrace. The hotel's location could not be
improved. Almost everything is within walking distance, including great
restaurants and boutique shops. Do treat yourself to dinner at O'Doul's,
the hotel's restaurant. The chef produced an outstanding three course
meal with wine pairings for our dinner. It was one of the best meals
we've had in our many trips to Vancouver. We would definitely stay again
at The Listel Hotel.

Stayed 1night at the Listel, booked via our travel agent who got us a
free upgrade for early booking. We stayed on the gallery floor where
each room has art work by a different artist. The room was lovely with
separate bedroom and lounge; the bed was enormous and the view over
Ribson street included a bit of the mountains in the background.
Nice big bathroom and
complimentary tea or coffee brought to the room was a nice
touch. Free wifi in the room, but
surprisingly no free bottled water.
We didn't have breakfast there (wasn't included so we went out for it
instead).
Reception staff were helpful at pointing out where to eat.

Hotel feels small - from the reception to the elevators, hallways and
rooms, but everything is clean, modern and stylish. Reasonably good
value in fairly expensive Vancouver. On more of the quieter side of
Robson.

What a fantastic boutique hotel offering exceptional service, great
location and tasteful suites. I really appreciated all the extras that
are available to all guests: art exhibits; tasteful decor; delicious
food at O'Doul's Restaurant and Bar with Jazz every night. It's an
artful accommodation experience - not just a place to lay your head for
the night. Kudos to the staff for maintaining service excellence in
Vancouver!!!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my partner. We wanted something central
in Vancouver and you don't get much more central than Robson street;
everything in Downtown is within walking distance. The hotel is
comfortable and the staff were courteous. The bar downstairs (O'Douls)
had really lovely food and a great wine selection. The staff were very
prompt and knowledgeable. The hotel prides itself on its green
initiatives and I have to say, I think it's commendable. More hotels
should go the extra mile in conservation.

From booking, checking in to checking out. Front desk was amazing, very
helpful with directions or any information I needed. Will stay again and
would recommend others to stay. Great hotel and great staff.

Probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. From the moment we
checked in to the moment we checked out, we received excellent customer
service. I believed that they went above and beyond to make sure our
stay made us feel right at home. Every staff member that we came across
were friendly and very helpful. It's in a great location, within walking
distance of a variety of stores and restaurants. Their O'Doul's
restaurant have THE BEST Eggs Benedict, you've got to try them all =)
There's no doubt that we'd come back and stay here over and over again.
