Location, location!! This hotel had the best location, I could not have
asked for better.
The rooms were stunning. A beautiful hotel and great food at the Seawall
Restaurant.

This hotel has nice BIG rooms! I was here for business, so thankfully
did not have to pay for it, as it is not cheap. The service as great,
the housekeeping, the bar downstairs was decent and not too pricy as
well. I did have the breakfast buffet one day, but honestly it is not
work the $35.00. Go the the Hyatt on Burrard for that at $25.00.
The location is fantastic! Such a lovely property, right on the sea
wall, close to Denman street and Stanley park. Beautiful gardens and I
loved the sliding windows that open to let in that sea air.

Great hotel overall. Very nice, sizable room, extremely clean, and
beautiful views of Vancouver harbor and Stanley Park.
Wonderful Spa! One of the best massages I've had.
Good room service, breakfast options, and a Starbucks on site!
Good conference center for the meeting. very quiet overall, especially
for a hotel with such a large conference center.
Great access to the harbor, restaurants, and the park - short walks for
all.
Would definitely recommend.

Do not est a clam chowder. I got a food poisoning.
The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in friendliness and service
the food is poor and expensive. People are nice but the
quality stinks from the head (management)
They ruined my holiday

As a world business traveler, I’m very disappointed of the customer
service that your hotel has provided. Today, I called the operator to
ask for the possibilities of a late check out at 1:30 PM, the person
over the phone (“Shiani”) yelled at me, stating “the latest is 1 PM”, I
even told the gentlemen, “its ok, but can you please be more respectful
when you are talking with me over the phone”, and he continued arguing,
rather than communicating.
The check in experience was very poor in welcoming me upon arrival. I’m
here for a conference and I have to come next month for another event,
which I’ll make sure not to offer my business to this hotel.
I travel around the word for about 20 weeks per year, and I have quite
extensive experience with hotels. I have to say that the Westin Bayshore
hotel staff has very poor customer service skills.
