Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a girlfriend as we were over
for the Bon Jovi concert. Had stayed there the month before with
my husband in a studio room, and were very pleased. The 1
bedroom is very spacious with full kitchen and breakfast bar.
The bedroom was very large and had lots of closet space. The
bedroom had a large TV as well as the living room. After our
check in we were down at the front desk inquiring on which way
to walk to Pacific Centre Shopping Mall. They have a shuttle
which was dropping someone else off at a different location, so
they told us we could hop a ride with it. What a nice surprise!
Later in the afternoon a staff member arrived at our suite with
"welcome back" chocolates. The breakfast buffet the next morning
was good, and had a lovely selection of items. I would
definitely stay there again next time we go to a concert as so
close to BC Place and Rogers Arena. The one thing I wish they
would do would be to include parking in their room price.

Great staff at check in, lobby VERY clean. Free internet, free
breakfast from 6am-10am which included: cereals, bagels,
muffins, waffles, ham, fruit, juices, coffee, tea, toast.
I had booked the king suite and it was perfect. The bed spread
was white and inviting. Great little place to stay if you have
an early morning flight out

If you are not travelling with a coach tour, call ahead a few
months before your visit and ask for an upgrade. We ended up in
a corner suite, complete with jaccuzi bath. Floor to ceiling
glass walls give a panoramic view of Vancouver.

Arrived at 8:30am and they managed to find us a room which was
great after a 15 hr flight. Room was spacious and clean.
Location of hotel was walking distance to everything. Great
value, would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

I have stayed here several times in the last few months. Staff
are great. Rooms are good. Location is walking distance to
Yaletown downtown.

Just wanted a night away from family
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was load noises from
the guest next door, when we complain, staff from hotel did
attend to the matter quickly and was resolved quick
Area recommendations
Well it depends-- if you are attending a sporting event, you
stay in southern downtown area. If you are wanting
entertainment, tourist, shopping, stay at the center of downtown
and/or by near transit-- skytrain station..

The Hampton Inn is located right in the heart of the city. I
didn't need a car because of its location. Across the street
from BC Place, Rogers Arena, and close to many restaurants.
The rooms are SPOTLESS. VERY CLEAN.
The hotel has a great workout room that has a sauna, hot tub,
laundry facilities, and a great view. Do not hesitate to stay at
this hotel!
