Guest Review of the L'Hermitage Hotel Vancouver

From the friendly front desk at check-in to the great Concierge,
Raymond, this hotel was perfect for our 2 night stay.The only thing that
wasn't perfect was that it was only FOR 2 nights! We were upgraded at
check-in to a spacious suite with a state-of-the-art kitchen and nice
private sitting area. The living/bedroom were a good size with a
wonderful bed with luxurious bedding! It was hard to get out of bed in
the morning to do our site seeing and shopping which is right outside
the hotel door. Great location- great staff- great hotel. It's now our
one and only place to stay when we come to the city for our little get-aways!

I reserved two rooms for my family and parents at this wonderful
boutique hotel. Our suite was huge with living area, fully furnished
kitchen, two bathrooms, study , and outside balcony. Lots of natural
light from windows, high quality toiletries, extremely clean,
comfortable king size bed, washer and dryer, and excellent service from
the front desk, to the concierge, and L Orangerie breakfast staff, and
house keeping all were very friendly and helpful. Boutique bedroom also
very spacious. Great breakfast buffett style served with organic
scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, bacon, sausage, plentiful fruit
(strawberries, blueberries, melons), granola, pastries, etc. Nice
fitness center and heated outdoor lap pool as well. A huge thank you for
a great stay!

After Toronto was not sure what to expect. The front counter were
freindly and efficient, the Bulldog mascot was not present. We checked
into our room and it was wonderful, just opposite the club lounge. Our
room was well appointed with good size kitchen and lounge. The bathroom
was a good size and our bedroom shared the balcony with our lounge. The
morning breakfast in the club lounge was one of the best I have tried
with organic food and individually cooked items. A small number of
people so service and responsiveness was excellent. Would thoroughly
recommend and will stay again. Just a short walk into the CBD.

Oh my, where to start. This hotel is a true find. The rooms are large
with lovely decor and super bathrooms. The lap pool and surrounding
garden on the 5th floor are lovely to view and very comfortable on a
sunny day in Vancouver. The location is perfect for easy walks to
shopping, restaurants and to a hop-on-hop-off bus stop. The staff are
pleasant and well informed. The Q4 restaurant is off the lobby. It is
upscale with an interesting wine list and a large selection of Italian
dishes. The bartender makes the best Vesper cocktail I have ever had.
This is the hotel we will pick when we return to Vancouver.

My sister and I took my Mom to celebrate her 90th birthday. From the
moment we arrived every detail was looked after. We had a very
comfortable suite and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or
helpful.
I had my dog with us who was also treated so well.
We were 'slightly" disappointed with the restaurant as it was a very
busy night and my Mom is very hard of hearing so it was a bit difficult.
