Small room but very clean...Perfect if you are in Vancouver for
shopping.
The staff is polite and accommodating...Would recommend it for a night
or two but not for a week

This hotel is located on the convenient Granville Street. Although it is
a good central location in Downtown Vancouver, the surrounding
neighborhood is not nice and somewhat scary after dark. We arrived here
at about 8pm on a Saturday evening, it was very busy and extremely
noisy. Our room was on the 5th floor but the window overlooked the main
street. As we has a flight to catch the next day and unfortunately
weren't out partying on the Saturday night, we had to invest in some ear
plugs to be able to get some sleep. Although I didn't enjoy walking down
Granville Street, it is close to the much nicer Robson Street which was
lovely to walk down with a much better atmosphere, and you can get all
the way the down to Stanley Park. If you just want somewhere to dump
your bags, in a great location for the nightlife of Vancouver, then this
is the place for you. But if you want a good night's sleep, I would
recommend the much nicer Comfort Inn, just around the corner.

What a great hotel. Nice pictures in the hallways, comfortable beds and
immaculate rooms.
The owners of this hotel have taken a lot of pride in their front desk
staff who are personable and so often, a direct reflection on the hotel.
Gabriela and Kamila at the front desk have always gone out of their way
to be polite, courteous and helpful. What a nice way to be welcomed to a
hotel. This hotel is downtown Vancouver and centrally located, so it is
ideal for shopping Robson Street and great restaurants are nearby.
Just as a side note to mention it again, look at the hotel and then look
at the calibre of staff that the hotel hires. Yes, this hotel exceeds in
every aspect and Gabriela and Kamila at the front desk are super. You
will not be disappointed.

I spent 8 days in thi hotel. I was very satisfied with the service,
staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms are not extremely large, but
clean and renovated. I liked location, close to shopping center and
beaches.
Located in the center of the action. What me and my friends liked the
most

Located on one of the main streets of downtown one can tell that this
hotel is close to everything - shopping streets , crazy nightlife,
Yaletown coffee shops, restaurants and bars, touristy Granville Island
or nice long sea walks. The hotel staff has made us quite welcomed and
presented Vancouver in the best light - although the weather was more
grey than anything :( Good rooms , nice bathrooms - seemed renovated
recently - well serviced too. Welcomed the Laundry service option. We've
enjoyed the stay a lot.

The location of the hotel was great, 5/10 minutes walk from the centre.
The rooms were okay, a bit dated but otherwise fine. At night, we did
find the rooms a little stuffy. The staff were very helpful particularly
when we had an issue with our car hire. Wings next door is highly
recommended!
