From the moment I arrived, I was treated like an honored guest. From the doorman
who greeted me by name as I emerged from the car to the desk staff who welcomed
me and walked me to the elevator, to Winnie and the rest of the concierge team
who ensured that I had all information at my disposal, I felt from my first
engagement with the Four Seasons as if I was a regular visitor, and was being
welcomed back. The evening room refresh, with lights and radio on when I arrived
following a full day of touring and enjoying the city, allowed me to settle
comfortably for the evening. Our experiences at lunch and dinner at Yew were
truly second to none; this is a a world class team, offering world class
service!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I have never slept on a bed that comfy! The
hotel is located right in the middle of downtown with everything nearby.
Obviously it is a little more expensive but you are at the Four Seasons, that is
expected... The staff was so welcoming and friendly, polite and courteous and
would go all ways to help you and make your stay most enjoyable. I would
recommend the Four Seasons in Vancouver to anyone who wants to travel in luxury.

If you need wifi you will be charged about $15.00 a day for it; I'm told that is
because it is a special high speed version! This cost is non-negotiable. Walk
down the street a few minutes and stay at the Hotel Vancouver Fairmont - if you
sign up prior to arrival for the President's club then your wifi is free....and
just as fast. Nice hotel and staff too!

It definitely is not the nicest Four Seasons that I have visited, but it is
definitely the cheapest. We were able to get a great package deal and really
enjoyed our short stay. The location was great, very central. The rooms were
clean and elegant, but not extravagant. They have a nice gym and pool facility.
The service was top notch.

Stayed there twice in past month with two children ages 3 and 6. The staff is
warm friendly and helpful. The suite that we had was large and quiet. The
restaurant I would highly recommend. The only pain is accessing the hotel if you
are driving and are not familiar with the area, a lot of one way streets. A
great pool and decent fitness center.
One tip the morning coffee ends at 8:00 AM but there is coffee in the health
club until 10.

This hotel is a little aged, rooms are clean and include all the normal four
seasons amenities! There is a half indoor/outdoor pool, which has a bar to grab
a drink. Service was typical four seasons and excellant! Location was great and
is connected to a upper class mall, so there is plenty of dining and shopping
options very close. Would gp back for the great service!

“Outstanding”
Everything about this hotel is absolutely outstanding. Great service, immaculate
rooms, fantastic dining options and perfect location. I highly recommend it!
