Hi there! Stayed there for 4 days while visiting Vancouver. Rooms are
clean, staff helped us with everything. Excellent location, close to
public transportation and to the city attractions, although it is
located on a quiet street. Will stay again, for sure.

Hotel staff were really rude and non-co-operative. We reached the hotel
late at night from the airport. The check in staff were very IMPOLITE
and didn't care at all about guests. We also got a room where the air
conditioning did not work at all. After complaining several times, they
offered us a Table Stand Fan for the entire night. They did not give us
another room or did not call a mechanic or engineer to fix the air
conditioning. Hotel staff were unapologetic about it. We were told "
This is what we have best, just take it or leave it". Though our booking
was for four days, we shortened it to only two days.
Location of the hotel was good, in the Vancouver downtown. Close to all
nightlife and shopping streets. Some of the buses also have this hotel
as their main stops, so it helps if you are travelling out of Vancouver.
Hotel is completely run down and needs a lot of maintenance and
renovation. We would never ever stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Amazing location! Right downtown, easy walk to anything in
downtown Vancouver. I had a ton of bags, but it was very easy by the
Skytrain to and from the airport.
Cons: Tiny Room. This thing was a closet. Not a big deal for me because
I just needed a place to rest my head and leave my bags, but WOW it was
tiny. Definetly not for the claustrophobic.
The room was very clean. Hot water did not work at first, but after I
spoke to lady at the front desk they had it up and running in short
order.
This is a great place if you want to see all that downtown Vancouver has
to offer, and just need a place to sleep.

I only have excellent things to say about this hotel and my many
stays... the staff are always polite and extremely friendly, the rooms
are so clean and the amenities make it very convenient to stay here.
Their 'Kids eat Free' makes it very affordable to enjoy the excellent
food in the restaurant too, and the kids love the pool! I would
recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable upper scale hotel
in the Downtown area. thanks to the hotel for outdoing themselves once
again!

We booked this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews and we were not
disappointed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful,
especially in the lounge and restaurant. The room was very comfortable
and quiet. Good parking. The only thing that we did not like was the
pool. It seemed it was more for kids with lots of inflatable toys and no
hot tub.
