The next opportunity we have, will go back. Park inn & Suites
The personal was very accommodating, we felt comfortable. it was just
right for one night. Yes, we’ll recommend to others, knowing is not a

Room was nice and clean. However, bit noisy because we were on the 3rd
floor facing Broadway Ave. Would recommend being on higher floor where
it should be quieter and the view would be better. Location is quite
central. All the front desk staff were quite professional except for the
front desk supervisor (male) who we had to interact with on our very
last day. My wife and I just needed some information but he was most
unfriendly towards us - no eye contact, no smile, no good morning - he
kept us waiting while he was shuffling some paperwork around. When he
finally got around to dealing with us, we certainly were made to feel
like we were bothering him. This experience left us with a bad taste of
the hotel particularly because he was a supervisor.

Very easy to hear what is going on in the halls and in the rooms down
the halls, other than that it was a very clean and updated building,
staff for the most park was friendly. The only real negative is there
was only 1 elevator, so be prepared to wait as the staff has to use it
from floor to floor as well.
Good over all though, ps thermostat on the wall controls the air ha ha

We had two nights at Park Inn and Suites and found it very comfortable.
Small bathrooms but adequate. Air con was rather noisy so we did not use
it. Lovely view of the city from our room. Runner, cycle and step in the
gym. Good location with regular buses outside; short walk to the sky
train. Lots of different restaurants nearby. We used the Market Cafe
located in the Park Inn for our children as it had a very good selection
of children's meals

Overall I thought it was c+ grade. The problem with all of Vancouver is
the cost and that can not be blamed on the hotel. All hotels are
expensive in that city. compared to other hotels it is a good value. My
biggest complaint would be the car entrance from the road. It is a very
sharp turn. If the price was less I would rate it higher. But again that
is not the hotels fault. Vancouver is expensive city.

Stayed in Vancouver for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The
Park Inn hotel location was great for us, walking distance to Granville
island, view of downtown , lots of good restaurants nearby. The staff
was very helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions, The
accommodations are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this as
a good place to stay. Downtown Vancouver is expensive and this hotel was
a good alternative to save a few bucks. |
