My friend & I stayed at this Hotel the night before we left for L.A. &
the night that we came back. Hotel was easy to find, staff at Front Desk
along with the HSKP staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The 2
rooms that we stayed in were beautiful! Very clean, beautiful view of
Vancouver, along with mini fridge, coffee maker, lots of new towels in
bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, soap, make-up removing clothes, good
size T.V. & free Wireless Internet access. There is a White Spot
restaurant in the hotel which was great. They also have a Complimentary
24-hour shuttle for the Vancouver airport.
Would stay here again for sure!

I booked this trip through the CAA website and chose it for its price
and proximity to YVR. The room we stayed in was the puniest hotel room
I've ever been in. We only stayed one night to catch an early-morning
flight so it suited our needs; I wouldn't stay here otherwise. The idea
of this hotel even charging a parking fee blew my mind: there was no
parkade but instead a parking lot, unsupervised, with a sign that read,
"park at your own risk." Yikes!

I was a bit concerned after booking to discover the hotel is on a major
highway and next to a flyover, but our room at the back had no traffic
noise and we got a good night’s sleep. It’s a perfectly standard motel
with a bath and shower – we had no complaints. It was significantly
cheaper than any other hotel with an airport shuttle I could find ; why
pay more when you only spend twelve hours in a place, most of it asleep?
The restaurant is a White Spot (chain) branch. Pick-up from the airport
took a long time but the shuttle is half-hourly from the hotel and we
were there in less than 15 minutes.

Got this hotel on Priceline for around 50$ a day . Amazing value for the
money. Especially when downtown hotels were 3 times that price.
They have a great shuttle service to and from the airport. It is 24
hours . I had to take the Amtrak train from downtown at 6:30 am and
needed to catch the 5 am skytrain from the airport to reach there in
time. And the shuttle was a blessing since public transport in Vancouver
starts around 5 am.
The staff is very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
The location is very convenient. You get local buses just outside the
hotel. You can take a bus to downtown . Or take the bus to the nearest
skytrain station which is about 5 mins away, by bus. The area is pretty
safe. Takes about 30-40 min to reach downtown either way.
You can get a day pass for public transport at the 7-11 in the domestic
airport terminal. Costs about 9$ a day.
The hotel does not provide breakfast. However there is a restaurant and
pub onsite. There is a McDonalds across the street about a 5 min walk.
The area is pretty safe. They have free wifi which was useful.
Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on way in and way out for wedding in Vancouver. Price is
right.
The bonus is the convenience in to town which I had not seen mentioned.
Hop a bus immediately across the street which takes you to the Canada
Line and drops you off in the middle of downtown. Since you are on the
main line and not the extension to the airport the fare is $1.75 as a
senior, $2.50 otherwise. On the return trip the bus stops at the front
door.
Since we arrived at 11PM and flew out at 6 AM 4 days later it was
impractical to spend the first and last nights in town (and not worth
the expense). Shuttle service runs between the hotel and the airport
every 1/2 hour, around the clock.

My husband and I arrived from Honolulu to Vancouver at 5:30 am after our
honeymoon. We were very tired. The day before we had booked a room here
because it was near the airport and cheap. Our Executive Hotel in
downtown Vancouver would not let us check in until 3pm and we
desperately needed to sleep.
We were thrilled to have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
The shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful, he took all of our
luggage for us, and even put it all the way up into our room for us
while we checked in. He was so helpful we wanted to tip him extra but he
would not accept it. He was happy to do his job.
The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful even at such an
early hour. We found out check out was at 12 pm and not 11 am and we
were thrilled by this.

When we got to our room we saw that it had 2 beds, had nice dark window
shades and was clean. It had everything we needed. You can tell they
have upgraded the place and focused on quality beds, linens and pillows.
I have to say come here for the value and great sleep. I have never
slept in a bed so plush and luxurious for this price! We have paid $400
a night for rooms that gave us such a great sleep. We passed out
instantly. The pillows were ridiculously plush and comfortable and the
duvet blanket was so amazing.
I thought we would be destroyed from this trip, but coming to the Coast
really saved our day. We checked out at noon after getting 5 hours of
great sleep. We know we can come back to this hotel any time and have a
great deal and great experience.
The Executive Hotel we went to next did not have nearly as nice of beds
or pillows and was twice the price. So for the business traveler or
short term stay this hotel is perfect.

The hotel entrance isn't anything special. We didn't know whether to use
the front door or the back door as the signs are poor-particularly when
you come in late. There was a nasty, acrid smell outside.
The room itself was clean but there was no milk or creamer on the
welcome tray so we couldn't have tea or coffee. We couldn't get a drink
to take to our room after 10.15 at night. The worst part was the
noise-.It was noisy all night and so we were very tired going into our
morning meeting.
Nobody on the front desk said hello when we walked past-we could have
been walking in off the street for all the notice that was taken of us.
There is a parking charge and a pet charge for this hotel, so be aware
that your 'deal ' isn't as good as it sounds.
