This is a nice clean hotel. It is easy to find from Vancouver airport and there
is parking both at the hotel and in nearby streets if the hotel carpark is full.
Breakfast is basic cereal, toast, muffins but was perfectly okay. The cost was
reasonable. There is also a Buy-Lo supermarket across the road. Oh and there's
free wi-fi too. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a twin room
which was very well proportioned.
The hotel is not that close to the city centre main area and parking in the city
can be expensive/challenging so you may want to eat in the local restaurant.

We found the hotel conveniently located. Room on the 4th floor #412 was
spacious, had a nice view, bath w/Jacuzzi, filling breakfast ( free) and great
service. Bus stop and mall at footstep. we highly recommend it and will go stay
again :)

My family and I recently spent 3 nights in this hotel. We found it to be very
clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff are
friendly, the rooms are comfortable. Free parking, and internet are a bonus.
The continental breakfast was great, my family enjoyed the selection of scones,
muffins, bagels and more. The Salt and Pepper Grill right next door was great,
we enjoyed room service which was very quick.

Our initial reason for staying here was this was the most affordable
Best Western in the area, and they offered free parking. The reservation
staff was polite. When first arriving, park on the street or in adjacent
grocery parking lot, as the "structure" needs a room key to enter. We
put "structure" in quotes as this includes approximately 10 cozy
underground spaces; first come first served. Note, however, even with a
'no vacancy' situation we found a space in the evening.
There is one elevator, which can prove frustrating during busy times
(breakfast). The rooms are comfortable with basic amenities and lovely
high ceilings. The window opened, and the air conditioning was adequate.
Everything smelled and looked clean and appeared well maintained. The
beds were comfortable and extra pillows were provided. All in all,
comfortable and adequate accommodations.
The 4th floor gym/solarium had a beautiful view and basic equipment. The
continental breakfast, while crowded and seemingly standard fare, was
remarkably delicious. Eat at least 3 apple fritters :-).
The only real drawback, which could be avoided with proper planning, was
the near complete lack of food establishments within walking distance.
The hotel seems to be located in the automotive district, which meant
quiet streets but a paucity of places open after 8PM. The mall (if you
can call it a mall) across the street consisted of an off brand grocer,
drug store and a Payless Shoes. No microwave in the room meant limited
options for in room dining. There is an attached restaurant which does
provide room service until around 9PM. Finally, if you're looking for
activities other than food, much of Vancouver closes fairly early,
however this hotel has you well out of the loop.
All in all, a good value with comfortable rooms with reasonable access
to the city by car. The neighborhood appears safe. Friendly staff and
apple fritters rounded out an overall good experience

As we were attending a specific family event, and didn't need to go
downtown, our primary concern was getting into a decent hotel - at a
decent price - close to the family gathering. This place suited our
needs.
Very unassuming signage. If you're unfamiliar with the area, you can
drive right by the hotel. The underground parking is free with the
understanding that it's very cramped and first come, first served. No
guarantee that there will be an available stall. Lots of parking,
outdoors, all around the hotel, though.
Very small lobby. Reminded me more of a hostel. Helpful, efficient
check-in staff. 4 floors. If you're a smoker - or inhale glaucoma
medication - you'll want to get on the 2nd floor, as there is a cool,
little courtyard. Room 219 is directly across from the access.
The room, itself, had a "different" kind of layout. The part with the
bed and furniture was standard. It's just that the hallway access, once
you enter the room, is narrow and kinda' long. Perhaps this is due to
the shape of the building and number of rooms.
Average sized bathroom. Well-lit with a small jacuzzi tub. We had a
king-size bed. Comfortable. No bothersome external noise, to speak of.
A/C worked well. Housekeeping was good, if a little late in the day.
That can happen anywhere, though. Wifi worked without a problem.
We didn't really use the free breakfast. Nice little restaurant is
attached. We did a couple of meals in there and were very satisfied. No
pool. 9 times out of 10, we wouldn't care, but, as we had an afternoon
to spare and Vancouver was enjoying a sunny heatwave, it would have been
one of those times!
All in all, we got good value and everything was fine.
