We absolutely loved our stay in the Loden. The one bedroom suite
is beautifully done and big enough to have a family of four
without feeling cramped. Very friendly and helpful staff and
good central location. no complaints, and we are quite picky
usually..!

I found the staff and room I had perfectly acceptable and more
than comparable to the other larger chains I have stayed at in
the city. If you want views then this may not be the hotel for
you but then you will pay for that elsewhere and have a
substandard accommodation package compared to this boutique
offering. It may therefore deter you if your a tourist and want
to look out of the window and see the mountains or river.
However, if your on business or just prefer some of the nicer
things in your rooms then this is a high recommend. I did not
try room service so cannot comment, continental breakfast was
acceptable and staff went out of their way to please for my
suite room. Recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel. Staff were kind, generous with
information and their time, the room was beautiful and the
location - well -- perfect for me. I am a walker and a people
watcher - it was great.

The Loden hotel is in a great location, very quiet and
surrounded by new codos not ugly commercial buildings. The rooms
are beautiful, very, very clean as is the entire hotel. The
staff is very friendly and helpful. The cost of the rooms are
very reasonable for what we get. The hotel is not too large so
there are not throngs of people hanging around the lobby, which
is a good thing for us.
There really is nothing to complain about The Loden, which is
very rare for us. We totally enjoyed the whole experience, and
will return again this year.
Stanley Park and Coal Harbour are blocks away, and the location
is on a quiet street with little traffic. There's even a
Starbucks on the same block, once the staff puts away the free
Nespresso.

My third trip to Vancouver; and third stay at Loden; obviously
suggests a positive experience. My only complaint is that as a
business traveler I feel fleeced paying $20 a day for wireless
internet. This outdated practice belongs to the large chain
corporate hotels which should be avoided anyway.

This was just a weekend trip but we were very impressed. Nice
and convenient to shopping and the water. The staff was very
helpful and polite. We used the gym, which was outfitted fairly
well, big windows and lots of space. The hotel restaurant was
closed for renovations, which is our only complaint. They tried
to create another eating area, which was a suite. A little too
close quarters for us, so we only used it the first night we
were there.
Overall, we'd definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our room, it was spacious and
reasonably modern in design. The room was very quiet and we were
able to open the windows to let fresh air into the room. Most of
all, the bed was very comfortable. If you enjoy a run in the
morning, the hotel is located in a great spot, not far from the
water front and Stanley Park. The staff there were friendly as
well.

Fantastic location...walked to great restaurants, shopping,
Stanley Park etc. Staff was incredibly helpful with restaurant
suggestions or anything that you needed. Rooms were very clean
and quiet. Great beds and loved the spacious bathroom. We would
definitely stay at the Loden again,

great staff, great decor, great location, a little pricey but
worth the splurge. i would highly recommend and definitely stay
again. Vancouver is a new favorite city on my list and the loden
helped its cause. my one wish was that they had free high speed
internet. how else am i supposed to read trip advisor while in
town? i'm not paying my smart phone's roaming fees!

Staff was exceptional. All the bellmen were very informative and
helped my wife and I out in finding excellent restaurants and
suggestions for activities.
