We stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Vancouver for a concert.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a very
comfortable bed, and nice touches like a full ice bucket, water and chocolates.
The bar which I believe is part of the club was elegant, with tremendous
selection and the best prices in Downtown. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a fabulous hotel!
We had such a great experience with this hotel, beginning long before we
actually checked in. We got married at the Terminal City Club on September 19th,
2009 and had a lot of out of town guests coming to stay. I dealt with Kelly in
reservations to make sure all our extended family and friends got booked in and
she was fantastic. She made sure everyone was booked in at a reduced “wedding
rate” and was always quick to respond to any questions I had.
I stayed in a suite the night before my wedding with a girlfriend and then the
night of our wedding. The room was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The
bedroom and bathroom were gorgeous and the bed was so incredibly comfortable!
The main area of the room had a great big L-shaped couch and a dining table/area
that was perfect for all my bridesmaids to get ready in before the wedding. I
was worried about having everyone fit into one hotel room, but we had more than
enough space.
When we came up to the room after our wedding, the staff had decorated with rose
petals and left us champagne and the cutest chocolate covered strawberries made
to look like tuxedos. We had a great night and were given a late check out
without us even having to ask for one.
The location of the hotel is perfect for Vancouver, right downtown by all the
good shopping and things to see in Yaletown and Gastown. There are tons of
excellent restaurants nearby as well.
I live in Vancouver so don’t know how many chances I’ll get to go back to this
hotel, but I would definitely recommend it and would jump at the chance for
another stay here.

This hotel is one block up from Canada Place where most cruise ships depart and
easy walking distance to Gastown. The bellman walked our bags down the block to
the cruise terminal. All of our bellmen have been great! This is the third time
we have stayed here and we like it. We stay in a two room suite that has a
pull-out sofa bed for the kids. Included with your room is a pass to a pretty
good fitness center and indoor pool, which my kids like. This hotel is not
really geared for kids, but it has not been an issue for us. The location,
fitness center, pool and bed arrangements are our most important criteria for
choosing this hotel.

We spent the night in Vancouver before taking a cruise -- wonderful location
near the pier, & the staff was super polite & friendly!

This was the best hotel we stayed at whilst travelling around Alberta and BC.
I think we got lucky and had the best room for about £100 a night: it was on the
12th floor (top floor for the hotel bit) and looked out across the harbour. The
bed was big, the room spacious and clean, and the facilities (including
microwave and fridge) were excellent.
Initially not sure where to park (it's behind the hotel where you see a green
sign pointing to the underground public car park!), and had to pay for parking,
but it IS downtown Vancouver!
A block back from the harbour, the hotel is right in the heart of everything
with Gastown and Chinatown being just a short walk.
The best feature though is their 25m pool on the third floor overlooking the
harbour: stunning!
As is typical of these sorts of establishments, on-site dining/drinking was
pricey, but with so many economical choices on your doorstep, you've no reason
to actually eat at the hotel.
Definitely recommend this place

We had a two night pre-cruise stay and were given a free upgrade to a suite
overlooking the waterfront. great accommodations and impeccable service. Staff
was friendly courteous and extremely helpful. Hotel is one block from Canada
Center the main waterfront location. easy walk to trolley service for city tours
and on your own exploration. The grill and outside dining at the hotel was
convenient and very good food. Other restaurants and coffee shop close by. Two
blocks from Gas town

We wanted a quiet, comfortable hotel close to a nice area, with a pool. This
hotel is only about a block from the waterfront, and 50 metres from Howe St,
with classy shops. Pool is beautiful with a view over the harbour to the
mountains. Easy to get to Gastown, Chinatown, Stanley Park, numerous cafes and
bars. Feels like a brand new hotel, but has retained all the aspects of the
100-year-old club. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the restaurants or
room service.

Great place and just a few minutes walk from the cruise terminal. The hotel is
wonderful, clean rooms and received a friendly greeting the minute you walked
through the door. we did not use any of the facilities offered. We took the
shuttle from the airport and you are only a couple of minutes from drop off to
the hotel. Gas town and lots of eating places are just a few minutes walk from
the hotel. Very convenient for tourists. We would definitely stay here again and
would highly recommend this hotel. Great place

I really enjoyed my stay at the Terminal City Tower Hotel. We booked through
Hotwire, and it was a great deal. The location was very nice.....very close to
the Canada Place dock and also to Gastown, where we ate at couple of nights....I
would recommend Guu with Otokomae in Gastown for fun atmosphere and great
Japanese tapas. Also lots of tourist/souvenir shops there and the 'steam clock'.
It was a short walk to the Pacific Center mall, Vancouver Art Gallery and
shopping on Robson street.
The hotel was very classy. There were only 10-12 rooms per floor. For the most
part, the hotel was very quiet. One night the room next to us was very loud, but
I only heard them when they were in the hallway. As soon as their door was shut
it was silent.
The room was very large and plush. The bed and pillows were very
comfortable---the floor to ceiling windows were great, and we had a very nice
view of the city. I slept very well each night. The decor was stylish and the
bedding was very nice. The kitchenette was handy and we used the mini-fridge and
the microwave. We had plenty of coffee and tea to pick from in the room. The
bathroom toiletries were also very nice. The bathroom wasn't huge, but was
plenty for us. The free wireless internet was also a plus, although I was a bit
wary of the internet security. I also liked getting free bottled water and
chocolates each day.
The 'club' pool and hot tub were also very pleasant. It was very quiet and clean
and had windows with great views. The pool was setup mostly for lap swimming
(not really for kids) and had pool 'exercise' equipment you could use
(kickboards, etc). The pool was treated with ozone, so there wasn't a strong
chlorine smell (although I think the hot tub had chlorine...) The locker area
was very classy and the sauna and steam room seemed nice, although we didn't us
them. They had towels to use and the front desk was very friendly. My only
complaint was that the pool/fitness area closed at 10 pm.
The other minor complaint I have is that some of the front desk staff seemed a
bit snooty. One guy was very friendly and helpful, but another was not. The
security staff did watch our luggage when we checked in at 11 am before our room
was ready, which allowed us to explore for a while.
Overall the location, decor, comfort of the beds, views and pool make this place
great. I would recommend it to those looking for a quiet, classy place to stay
downtown close to Gastown, Canada Place and other attractions.

We had to cancel our booking of 2 nights as we were returning to UK following a
family bereavement .They gave us a full refund ! Now thats service ! We were
able to alter our changed schedule and stay our last night here ,booking at last
minute . Our 9th floor room was dual aspect ,modern ,comfortable and we were
delighted to use it for just one night and disappointed that we had no time to
try out all the fabulous facilities and restaurants . Lovely fluffy robes
,towels ,iron and board ,even an umbrella . The kitchenette had a microwave
,fridge and a few basics to put together a simple meal. We hope to return to
Vancouver sometime and will definately book this hotel again

After much searching and price comparison, I reserved a room for Sat. nite
before my Sun. cruise. The deal I got thru
www.Allure-Hotels.com was
actually only a few $ more than the Days Inn!!
This does have a "downtown private club" feel to it and the staff seems very
bright and professional (even got a very upbeat reply to the email I sent to
confirm my rez. --I brought her some homemade white choc./lime cookies from FL.
I hope the desk staff passed them on to her...I gave them some as well!)
The room overlooked the financial district and if you looked just so, you could
see the CA Place Pier and 1 of the ships docked there). Room service was fairly
good (burger, fries, glass of wine) and very personable wait staff!! I had
planned to eat on the terrace at The Grill (private to guests & members) but
felt to jetlaged I opted for my room instead.
Very nice bed, soft sheets (a real plus!), pillows just right. Had a nice soak
in the tub!!
Explored the fitness center, lap pool (someone was getting a swimming lesson)
and the hot tub looked inviting (again, too jet lagged even for that!) and there
was an outdoor patio with chairs for sunning or just looking at the downtown
skyscrapers (many of which were the most interesting I've ever seen).
Staff was more than willing to check my luggage for me in the morning while I
explored the area.
Already I'm thinking up excuses to stay at Terminal City Club again and explore
Vancouver more than my recent trip allowed

My husband and I stayed at the Terminal City Tower hotel the night before
leaving for an Alaskan cruise. It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever
stayed in. The service was excellent, the room was beautiful and the location
perfect for seeing the beautiful water front of Vancouver. The proximity was
perfect for getting to our cruise. We would definitely stay there again. Thank
you.

We stayed 1 night before a cruise to Alaska and the place was great. The bellhop
took our luggage(7 people total), over to the terminal the morning of the
cruise. He was awesome!!!! If you want a place on the water and close to the
terminal, Stay Here. There are shops everywhere. Great food and shopping all
walking distance from hotel.

This was a mix business/leisure trip and we pick Terminal City Club because of
its proximity to the convention centre. It was a great choice as this is truly
an amazing place to stay. Being a private club, it is quiet and has low traffic
(unlike the two more expensive hotels closer to the convention centre). The
suite we were in was spacious and very comfortable. I did not get a chance to
use the health club/pool, but according to my partner it was stunning.
