This hotel has been recently renovated, and is very nice and clean. Our
room was made up each day. Which was thoroughly appreciated. The beds
were simply put, wonderful.
Like sleeping on a feather bed. AWESOME!!!!
This hotel is a short walk from the sky train, which was so handy. Lots
of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Check in to this hotel was a breeze, and as there was a small mistake
made on the booking, I had booked queen beds, and was given doubles, it
took all of 5 mins, for them to correct this small error. The front desk
was friendly and so helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at
this hotel.

While attempting to stay at H.I.E. at riverport I had made an error in
my booking. I booked at 10688 #6 Road. Initially my family was upset,
but after arriving there and getting to our room, they more more then
pleased. Our stay was great and our ride to the airport was even better.
We were shuttled to the airport and picked up 10 days later with a smile
and a warm greeting. Alex was excellent and so were the rest of the
staff there.
We will stay there again on our next journey to Vancouver, and overseas
as our resting place.

The staff at this hotel were really helpful...Being an out of towner and
not really knowing the city they helped with all our questions. The
rooms were massive for the price...It was just a real enjoyable stay."

we enjoyed our two bed room. It was clean, comfortable and had a balcony
overlooking the street and a decent restaurant one block away. If you
are going on a cruise, this is the place for you. They have a secure
underground garage to park your car.

The concierge was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spacious and
not overly cluttered. The breakfast room was a little on the small side.
When we went down for breakfast there was a sports team down there which
left no extra room.

I had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for 4 nights. I was visiting
my daughter and son-in-law and new twin grand-daughters that live close
by. My room was large with a beautiful king size bed, fridge, microwave
and everything else I could want. The huge selection for breakfast was
unbelievable and included. Underground parking included, pick up and
drop off at airport included. It was a $7.50 charge for pick up from
airport but cheap as compared to a taxi. Everyone was friendly and
Carlos the shuttle driver was great. I will be making this my home away
from home when I come to visit my grand-daughter again and again. Thank
you very much

We were very surprised at the amenities offered. The breakfast buffet was very
good. The staff was friendly and helpful. They offered free shuttle service to
the restaurant we chose and even called and made the reservations for us. Then
they came back to pick us up. They offered a free shuttle to the cruise ship, we
were taking. The hotel gave us discounts for the restaurant/bar next door.
Newspaper at the door in the morning. Considering the price, we were absolutely
amazed at all the services

We needed an overnight stay (late arrival) . The hotel's location was good. Both
night and morning clerks are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary
breakfast was good and convenient as well as the shuttle service. The hotel
served our purpose well.
