Stayed for a week here, and I chose this hotel as it was the cheapest in all of
the Vancouver area, almost half the price! Also its within a 30 min walking
distance to downtown, and there are lots around the hotel. The cleaning service
was terrific, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is old and has awkward
layouts, needs alot of improvements. You have to get a code to use the internet
everyday, and asking everyday for that code at the desk was very annoying.

My stay in the Hotel was absolutely ok. I think their rate is really low for
what you get and you are close to downtown with the bus just out the door. Rooms
are clean and staff helped me out a lot. I also liked the free internet in the
rooms.

The service was excellent, the room very clean and very good coffee for every
morning.
We paid 59 CAN per night for the three of us, I think thats a great deal. We
also have the bus stop right outside the hotel.
Not a five star hotel by any stretch - but good value if you just want somewhere
clean and convenient to stay.

This hotel was older than most I stay at, but the hospitality was good, the
rooms spotless, and the location easy to find. There was construction nearby, so
it was difficult to enter from the street without going further, making a
U-turn, and returning along the correct side of the street. We were not able to
eat at the restaurant at the hotel as it was not open when we needed it, but
there was a nice cafe down the street about two blocks that was great. We were
not in a "great" part of town, but it was close to downtown and the places we
wanted to visit.

I had a nice experience at the hotel but it didn't have a fitness center and I
was looking forward to working out and enjoying myself. Hotel facilities average
but good restaurant/bar. Not the best of locations if you intend to do any
sightseeing down town, but there is a good bus connection.

We stayed here as the starting point for a North American holiday. We actually
returned to Vancouver along the way and stayed here a second time.
Rooms were clean, staff were generally very helpful.
The restaurant was VERY ordinary - but there are many eateries within easy
walking distance. For breakfast, you can't go past the Salt and Pepper Grill
which is only a couple of hundred meters down the road - we ate there regularly
(evenings as well).
The bus into the city stops at the front door and only takes about about 15
minutes. It's only a 20 minute walk to the SkyTrain station if you prefer (or
you can catch the same bus to there) - and the main coach terminal is at the
same intersection.

The Hotel is not far from downtown and staff is very helpful. I strongly
recommend this hotel for a family on a budget. We had a car so not being right
downtown was not an issue for us and it made for easy in and out access. The
rooms are nothing special but they were clean and suitable for our stay as we
were out most of the time visiting.

Hotel was ideal for visiting local places and was convenient if you plan to take
public transportation. Housekeeping staff and clerical staff were really
wonderful and responsive to customer's needs.
