This was a perfect location for our family of 5. So close to downtown &
Granville Island etc. yet 10 minutes walk from peaceful English Bay &
Stanley Park. The community was friendly and vibrant. The suite was
spacious and room service was good. The car parking facility was great.
The gym and pool facilities were good.

The rooms are a really good size, nicely furnished and well laid out.
Furniture is simple and clean.
Regarding the price you get a vast amount more space than you do in a
normal hotel.
Great location as it's a short walk to the Granville Island ferry in one
direction or a slightly longer walk to Canada Place in the other.
The hotel shuttle is really useful but expect to wait 15 minutes if you
don't pre-book.
The breakfast room has plastic cutlery. I just can't understand why. The
breakfat itself is fine with plenty of variety.
I would give it 4.5 stars if I could.

I liked staying here. The rooms were quite large, and the bathroom was actually
really nice. The breakfast was excellent and the pool is also good. The only
part I was kind of not to keen on was the fact that you need a key card to get
into every door and even the elevator. Also, someone stole the VCR from our
room, we were given one immediately. Which wouldn't spit out our tape.

I contacted this hotel about staying here for three nights during the Olympics.
Here's the quote I got.
Executive Suite: $657.00+15% tax/ per night
Deluxe Suite: $747.00+15% tax/ per night
Minimum length of stay: 21days
50% non refundable deposit at time of booking
Balance of payment 180 days prior to arrival
So, it would be $16000 to stay for our three nights... Apparently the term price
gouging can't be legally used here. But, regardless, this is reprehensible.

Stayed here while attending a conference and would highly recommend for anyone
traveling with family and/or in need of multiple bedrooms. It is not a luxury
hotel but a nice clean and friendly place which to me is very important!!! Beds
are very comfortable!!! Ten minutes walk in any direction takes you to major
areas (shopping, restaurants) with bus stops close by. I would rate it as a 3.5
star. I will definitely stay again.

I'd definitely stay here again. We had a 2 bedroom 1 bath room suite complete
with kitchen and a great glassed in patio. Lots of space for the 3 of us.
Average continental breakfast included. Nice pool area (enclosed), outdoor areas
to sit if the weather is nice. Very centrally located. The hop on hop off bus
tours both stop in front of the hotel next door. Easy walking to Robson Street &
Yaletown, not much farther to everything else. They also offer a free shuttle to
anywhere in downtown, just make a "reservation" at the front counter that
morning. We had a room over looking the street and since it was near the
hospital it was a bit noisy, with lots of sirens going by.
