What an awesome weekend. We had no idea that that hockey was on the weekend we were staying. Wow! We don't get the hockey in Australia and it was awesome to watch. We watched it in the bar on be second floor where we also had dinner - which was yum! The atmosphere there was just amazing. Canadians do love their hockey and it was awesome to experience the Canucks win! Wicked street party afterwards.

The staff were friendly and helped us throughout our stay! rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Was a good location and not far to walk to Granville. Overall a great stay. Will definitely be back to Vancouver!

Very clean room indeed and the staff were very helpful.

It's location on Cambie & Georgia make it ideal for walking around downtown, Granville and Vancouver City transit stations just ten minutes walk.

The Canada line is ideal if you fly in as we did, the rapid transit in Vancouver is very efficient and good value for money.

This hotel is ideal for business or pleasure and we recommend it.

Very clean room and hotel in general. Reception OK but a bit slow. Hotel does not appear to have any character. In a reasonable position. Expensive but then this is Vancouver. Would stay again if I had to visit Vancouver again. Nothing really to complain about and nothing to rave about.

Hotel was very clean and staff friendly, however there was nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom and we had to ask for shampoo as the one in the room was half empty. Also there was only on bedside cabinet and lamp which was inconvenient if one person wanted to read at night. We requested another cabinet and lamp but didn't get it. The lifts broke down and as we were on the 11th floor and I have trouble with my back and legs I couldn't get to my room till they were fixed which fortunately wasn't too long.

I am not picky about hotels. So the fact that this one is horrible really says something. The elevators are incredibly slow if they work at all. The "wireless internet" is non- existent. It takes up to 10 minutes for an email to load. The rooms are extremely small and not worth the price. At this point, a hostel would be better. As for business, I am not able to do any work here due to the poor internet. Best of luck if you want to risk this horrible hotel.
