Hotel Review of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites North Vancouver

We had a very good stay in modern high quality holiday inn. We received
an upgrade to a suite which was nice. The room was excellent and was
very well equipped. The location is convenient for the Trans Canada
Highway giving easy access around the Vancouver area. The only downside
was that due to the warm evening we slept with the window open.
Unfortunately there are 2 fire stations within 400 yards of the hotel,
so we are often woken by sirens in the early hours. The hotel has a
decent restaurant and we also had a nice meal in Seymour's pub next
door.

Best Holiday Inn we've visited. Clean, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff.
Restaurant and pub onsite. Secure parking and space for our SUV and
trailer.
Definitely a place to frequent again.

Hotel is a 15 min car ride away from Stanley Park and other Vancouver
attractions. The ferry terminal North Vancouver (with Seabus services to
downtown) can be reached in 5 minutes. The hotel is a resort-like
facility with a nice pool and a lot of space for relaxing and and we
very much enjoyed being in this quiet location with easy access to
downtown. Free parking and a good choice of bars and restaurants. The
rooms are spacious and offer all convenience. A good choice for a
limited family vacation stay.

The hotel is hard to find but once you get there you won't regret it.
Nice, clean rooms and very friendly staff. It is not too far to
Vancouver but far enough that the room rates don't kill you. I would
stay here again. The lady at the desk let us check in early in the
morning and even helped find the best rate.

Had a great stay at this hotel for three days with the youngest being 13
years old. Rooms were spacious and very clean, and the pool and hot tub
were never busy and so very enjoyable. Although the gym is small, it
contained all the elements needed for a complete workout and was a great
bonus for those of us who wanted to continue our regimen.
Easy access to other attractions in North and West Vancouver as well as
Hwy 1 & 99. |
