This hotel deserves a high rating for cleanliness, friendly helpful
staff and overall value. The rooms are pleasantly appointed and well
maintained. They featured our event in complimentary signage which was a
great surprise!
Located in North Vancouver, this hotel is easily
accessed and reasonably priced as it is out of the city centre. As long as you
have a car this hotel is great. Close to
Capilano River, Stanley Park and
Grouse Mt

We flew into Vancouver and had one day to spend sight-seeing before a
cruise to Alaska. Since we rented a car, and we didn't want to pay the
high prices to stay downtown, we chose this hotel in North Vancouver. It
is right across the highway 1 bridge, and easy to find.
The location is beautiful, surrounded by trees and mountains. Check-in
was smooth. Both rooms we stayed in were very nice, including fridge and
microwave. We had one wheeelchair accessible room which was extremely
large, and very nice for a person in a wheelchair.
The restaurant connected to the hotel was good. Very casual, and the
food was delicious. We had lunch and two breakfasts there. Portions are
large, and service is prompt. Seymour's Pub is attached to the hotel and
very nice too. There is also an indoor pool with hot tub, fitness
center, and laundry. Free parking and free wi fi.
We stayed at the same hotel for one day on the end of our cruise. I
would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place outside of
downtown, that is well worth the price.

We stayed here because both my husband and I were tired and they were
right off the highway! It is a beautiful hotel with and amazing fountain
out front which I really loved. Grounds were really well kept and rooms
were really clean. It's won the company award for like 10 years and it
shows! The staff were really nice and check in was a breeze. The room
offered different firmness levels for the pillows which was nice and
they had really nice shampoo/conditioner and soap not the usual drying
kind that most hotels have. The amenities were from bath and body works
which has nice stuff. I would stay here again but for longer than over
night. They did not have free breakfast and we actually didn't eat on
site before heading off but the staff recommend the on site restaurant
for breakfast

Extremely helpful staff... wonderful to guide/help plan trips and
helpful in arranging visit to Grouse Mountain for ziplining. Beds
comfortable with choices of pillows. Close to eating establishments...
must walk next door to Canada's version of Wal-Mart for "cheap" goods
(awesome maple cookies). Easy ride into the city and up to Whistler.

1st time to Canada for hubby & myself, great hotel, wonderful staff
couldn't do enough for you, always ready to help. Happy and friendly
hotel, cleanliness In and out was perfect and second to none. Rooms
spacious and all facilities i.e shower, hairdryer, TV, tea & coffee
maker, microwave, fridge were all available and In good working order.
For what we wanted to do In Canada this trip we feel we were In a good
central location. Thanks for a great stay. |
