We were here for two nights with two young children. Check-in was quick. The
room was nice and clean. We had the package that included breakfast for two
adults. Wished the package included the kids but their meals wasn't too
expensive. The adult breakfasts were yummy. Service was great. Their parking
garage was well lit. We had a mountain view room which faces the busy street.
During the day, you can hear traffic, but at night didn't hear much. We will be
back for sure when we visit Vancouver again.

A new facility, Pinnacle operates smoothly, with self assurance that suggests
experienced management committed great resources to staff training before the
first guests arrived. While the interior designs work in restful harmony
throughout the facility, the people contacts stood out as most excellent
feature.
Our visit was for a wedding, both ceremony and reception. The dinner quality was
extraordinary, well above typical banquet fare. Service and presentation matched
the food quality and the entire event was near perfect.
The sleeping accommodation includes fine bed and bedding and the bath fixtures
are premium quality.

The friendly staff gave me Room 521 that had stunning views of the Vancouver
skyline and I enjoyed the fresh air from my balcony, especially after my long
flight. The room was well-appointed and immaculately clean. The bed was
extremely comfortable and I slept really well, too well at one point.
The local area is great for exploring, especially Jimmy's Juice Bar at the
nearby
Lonsdale Quay Market. I also survived the nearby iconic Vancouver hike of the
Grouse Grind. This is a once in a lifetime hike, for me anyway, and the beer at
the top was one of the best..The bath on my return to the hotel was well
deserved.
The hotel staff, at both the desk and the restaurant, were friendly and made me
feel
welcome. Unfortunately no time to use the pool or gym.
On my final morning, I was up early (lov e that jet lag) and saw two enormous
cruise liners docking at the cruise terminal across the still water, against the
skyline.
What a beautiful city!

The Pinnacle Hotel exceeded our expectations. We knew it was close to the
Seabus, giving easy access to downtown Vancouver, but it also had interesting
restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. In addition, the room was
about twice as large as we expected, comfortable and had everything we needed
for a pleasant four night stay. We were on the 7th floor, which made the
mountain view ok but not great (I'd recommend a higher floor). When we come back
to North Vancouver, we'll stay there again.

We stayed at the Pinnacle for eight days in June. Really could not fault the
hotel. Harbour room view incredible, spacious and comfortable rooms with
excellent facilities. Great food and friendly, courteous and excellent service.
The area has plenty of amenities and the Market at Lonsdale Quay is a real
bonus. Just 15 minutes from the downtown Vancouver by frequent and reliable
seabus service the hotel is well placed for sightseeing and it was nice to enjoy
the peace and beautiful views from North Van at the end of a busy day. A great
stay which made for a great end to a great holiday. |
