| Refuel, in the Kitsilano neighborhood, was until late last year Fuel, a
well-regarded attempt to bring punk-rock locavore cooking to the Pacific
Northwest. The chef, Robert Belcham, reconfigured the menu to support lower
prices and a more casual vibe: platters of crisp fried chicken, burgers and lots
and lots of pork. |
