is an open kitchen focusing on “botanas”. Botanas are literally translated to
snacks, but go far beyond that. Botanas are what you get in a cantina in Mexico
when you are drinking there.
The staff will continually bring you delicious
homemade things for you to snack on.
Botanas are what you personally serve to
guests at your home as you are chatting and having some drinks with them.
Botanas is one of the key aspects of the Mexican culture we are bringing to
Canada.
They embody the warmness of the Mexican hospitality.
There is of course
a full menu with appetizers, salads, soups, entrees and desserts of mouth
watering, colourful food that will appease anyone not interested in filling
themselves up on smaller sharing platters.
