The bed was comfortable, I appreciated the shuttle to and from the Airport.

Location. Airport pick up.
Need more sugar for coffee in room. I always like to stay some where that has a
continental breakfast. Even a few muffins and bagels Make a good impression.

Great Value, Close to airport, FREE shuttle”
We have used this hotel approx 4 times in the past. It is a great hotel for the
value. The rooms are clean, friendly staff and a FREE 24 hr shuttle from the
airport. It is one of the only hotels that offer the 24 hr service. They have a
hot tub, which is appreciated after a long flight. As an added bonus, they have
a flight check-in kiosk in the lobby. The hotel is going through an exterior
renovation, it has not interfered with the service or the soundproof of the
rooms. We definitely would recommend anyone to stay.

I didn't realize it was a motel style hotel, or I would never have booked it
since I was traveling alone. I arrived late from a flight and had a night lay
over in Vancouver. My husband called at 6pm to book the shuttle for me and was
told that there would be one arriving at 12:15 and 12:45am. I was at the shuttle
waiting area at 12:20, and a 1am I was a little worried standing outside waiting
by myself once all of the other passengers had been picked up. I was able to
skype my husband and he called again for me and they hadn't sent one - it
arrived around 1:20AM. When I checked in, I was at the backside and had to walk
by myself around the outside of the motel to get to my room. It was comfortable
enough, but kind of musty smelling. The door only had one lock, and I didn't
feel very secure. Overall probably worth the special price, but I would have
paid $20 extra to get something that was actually rated the amount of stars that
this one was.

This is the second time in 2 months that we have used the Park and Fly option.
The hotel staff are excellent, rooms moderate but comfortable. Exceptional
check-in/check-out service. On this occasion we had to catch the first shuttle
to the airport on Jan 1st at 4 am!! Although we missed breakfast, our "Breakfast
To Go" was a pleasant surprise waiting for us at the front desk. (on our
previous stay we did have the complimentary breakfast and it was terrific, plus
free newspaper)
The staff and management are to be commended for exceptional customer service.
We will be back and have recommended you to our family and friends

Stayed at this property several times and thought it about time to let others
know. Would highly recommend for business travel especially. Am a member of
Hilton rewards program of which Hampton Inn's are a part of so I stay at Hilton
/ Hampton quite often. Found this property to be as most Hampton's. Clean,
decent location, although more geared for business. Rooms are standard hotel
fair, however they do retain that Hilton flair. Furniture etc is just a little
higher grade. Very comfortable bed, flat screen TV, wireless internet. My
internet was free but I believe that is part of my rewards pkg. May not be the
same for everyone. Lots of free parking. Free breakfast.
This hotel is located near the Airport. Safe area, but fairly industrial, if you
don't have a car not a lot of places to go. Having said that, if you do have a
car, you are only 5-10 minutes from a number of restaurants, and some decent
shopping. The location is also favorable to access major streets and highways.
Depending on traffic you are about 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver.
Could definitely recommend, especially for business travel.

Airport shuttle, moderate price, nice rooms and excellent staff made this hotel
a smart choice for us and we will definitely be staying here any time we pass
through Vancouver in the future.

pretty good, very friendly staff
The hotel is ok for the price. The room is clean. Staff are very friendly.
Location is ok, close to the airport and easy to find. Overall i’m satisfied.

this is where we would stay if we went back to Vancouver.
the stay at the hotel was very pleasant. the people were friendly and the
accommodations were good. the price of the hotel was reasonable and near the
airport. you will need transportation to visit the city, but the airport shuttle
from the hotel takes only a few minutes. overall the location is excellent.
