I had an older room in this hotel - its been renovated now and I am glad
because my room was dated. The hotel is not too far from the airport,
and over looks a marina where there is a restaurant - kinda cool. I used
the shuttle service and it was ok, no problems. Staff were friendly,
when I had issues in the past the managers were very professional and
called me to follow up.

Arrived tired from a 10hr flight to be greeted by super helpful and
courteous staff. We were offered an upgrade for $20 which we took and
had free internet, local calls and a 5th floor room overlooking harbour
and mountains - great value given we had "won" the hotel for just over
$80 with taxes on Priceline so total for splendid room was just around a
$100. Wanting to stay awake as long as possible we went to Pier 7
restaurant. Food and service were excellent and very fairly priced. Upon
leaving the restaurant, our waitress bought us two cups of coffee to go
after hearing how we were trying to stay awake for at least another hour
- what a lovely thoughtful gesture! Good size room was very comfortable,
bed and bedding very comfortable too and lovely bathroom. Hotel very
well maintained throughout. Only recommendation I would make is to have
a room in a corridor without an ice-machine as the door to the room was
thin and we could hear the ice-machine constantly though it was a ways
away from our room.
Location was a short few minute ride by shuttle from Vancouver airport.
Shuttles run every 5 or so minutes and we did not wait very long either
at the hotel or at the airport.
If you take the $20 upgrade with unlimited internet access and don't
have a computer with you, ask reception for a voucher you can use in the
business centre - it will be good for 15minutes use.
Room Tip: Take a room in a corridor without an ice-machine

We stayed at the Delta Vancouver Airport for the location and
convenience, the hotel is actually located in Richmond, a fancy Asian
community where great food and shops are located. The hotel is
approximately just 5 minutes driving distance away from all the Chinese
restaurants. It's where we dine and shop during our stay, also being
close to Vancouver, it's about some good 15 minutes away to all the
major attractions there as well. When we checked in, we were offered an
upgraded room for $15 more a night, with better bedding that's all. I
would probably skipped this next time. We also requested a microwave and
fridge to put in our room so that was extra nice to heat our own food
for breakfast and hot water to cook the rice noodles.
Overall a nice quality hotel, I would stay here just for the location
factor.

This hotel is conveniently located right between Richmond and Vancouver.
It's easy to get to and was overall a very comfortable stay. The rooms
are spacious enough and if you sign up for their Delta Privilege
Program, internet is complimentary, although it is wired internet.
Everyone who worked here provided excellent customer service, always
greeting us with a smile on their face. We arrived into town at an odd
hour and was accommodated with an early check in, and when we requested
late check out, that was not a problem either. Parking is $14 a day
right out front of the hotel, not cheap but not unreasonable. One
complaint would be the thin walls - not sure if it was people out in the
hall or the people next door, but we could hear them talking. We can
easily hear the room attendant knocking on the doors in the morning We
would stay here again next time for sure.
