We found this hotel quite by chance seven years ago and haven't stayed anywhere
else (in Vancouver BC) since. The location is great. The staff is very
professional, yet friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, clean and very
comfortable. We like the flexibility of having a kitchen, so we can pack a
gourmet lunch to take to the car show we attend each year. Executive Inn Express
is an incredible value for the money.
Room Tip: A room with a kitchen is a great way to go!

Stayed at the Executive Inn Express, Richmond, BC for a month. A clean and
modern hotel with very hospitable staff.
Rooms were exceptionally large for a more budget-priced hotel with comfortable
beds and recently renovated bathrooms.
Overall a great airport hotel with clean accommodations, friendly staff, and
exceptional value.
Also it very near to Bridge port Sky train station.
The only problem i faced is low Internet Speed for video chatting, hope this
will be rectified by this time.
Overall it was good experience.

Needed hotel close to Vancouver Airport for 1 night stopover prior to early a.m.
flight. Chose this hotel due to price, reasonable reviews and free airport
shuttle. Hotel is certainly dated with minimal amenities. Front desk staff very
courteous but would suggest they work with the external shuttle service so they
can provide better info on shuttle times. Room met standards one expects with
lower end price although the "bath" towels were size of hand towels and pretty
well worn. For space preference, we had also opted for larger room which was
advertised as Executive Queen Studio Suite, which included a separate sitting
area. This separate area was located as soon as you walked into the room,
contained a hide-a-bed and coffee table and nothing else. You basically walked
through this area on way to main room where the TV and bed were located. Extra
cost for a pretty well useless area. While stay was acceptable, overall I do not
think there is a value to price match and if similar stopover required in
future, I would likely opt for another area hotel as minimal price variance vs
amenities and quality elsewhere.

The hotel was close to the airport which was great for a layover flight. Older
hotel but well maintained. Nice clean room. The price was very reasonable and it
came with a continental breakfast which are the 2 reasons I chose this hotel.
The shuttle does only run until midnight so we did have to take a cab to the
hotel. $12 from the airport. I recommend this hotel.

We were on our way to Mexico and stayed the night at the Executive In Express.
We arrived quite late and when we arrived the front desk Manager, Samy knew
exactly who we were and greeted us with our name. That made us feel really
welcome. He was very polite and always had a smile on his face. We parked our
car there and the next morning the hotel shuttle took us to the airport. Was
right on time both ways. On our return Samy was again there, very helpful as
before. Just the service from Samy and the General Manager, Mr. Lam made it all
worthwhile.

After a trans Pacific flight, Executive Inn Express Richmond picked me up and
delivered me back to the airport after a relaxing night in a clean, well
appointed Room 107, comfortable bed and internet access before heading across to
Toronto.
