Excellent staff, they go out of their way to assist you. Extremely
friendly and courteous.
Hotel is very clean and well kept. price is also competitive.

Clean, Quiet location in rural area however within quick access to
amenities, quick drive to Richmond mall. Pool, hot tub, rooms insulated
well. Large up to date rooms with Fridge and micro. Continental
breakfast with options. Desk staff and staff in general very friendly
and aim to please. We will return and use this location again. We stayed
for a weekend during tryouts for sports, and would recommend.

This hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood which made our stay
restful and relaxing after the days activities. The free breakfasts have
lots of selection and plenty of it in a roomy well lit eating area. For
keeping in touch with e-mail and printing Google maps the business
centre was readily available, well lit, and roomy. Being able to book
the free airport shuttle van there was both convenient and a time saver.
Even with all the great physical attributes, the best part of the stay
at this hotel was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I stayed here with my family and was surprised by how much more I could
get for the same price as similar hotels for an extra few minutes.(We
actually booked in here by mistake) Quiet clean rooms that are brand new
and spacious. And the hotel staff greeted us with a smile every time we
saw them. We went for dinner, bowling and to the imax right across the
street (we didn't know all of this was here)

I stayed in three of the rooms in the hotel on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor,
they all had an annoying vibration that shook the walls.
The location is away in a rural road, about 10 minutes drive to
civilization and next to a IMAX movie complex, a skating rink, bowling
and two standard food places all oddly in the middle of nowhere.
unless they fix that annoying vibration which probably emanates from
their A/C units I would sleep better elsewhere.
travelocity gave me a great deal but they kept on insisting it was the
last room right in front of the elevator unless I paid $70 more to stay
away from the noisy elevator. I caught the staff lying to me about room
availability and I don't like that.
Internet experience during three days- very slow. forget Youtube
watching.
They have swimming pool, weights, business center and they have free
light breakfast. |
