My colleagues like this hotel - I have stayed here a few times for business.
There is nice gym next door, and some food options, although the food is not
outstanding. I have rented a car and used the large lot provided for guests. The
shuttle is frequent but does not follow the schedule so watch out! The hotel is
a trendy re model of a much older building. Like other Sandman's its clean and
comfortable with comfortable beds and nice washrooms. I was sick when I was here
once and there are no kettles to make tea - they only have coffee makers - not
great. Room service is quick and the guys are friendly, food is ok, not
fantastic, but not bad value either. The staff are all very friendly. Lots of
family and road trip types stay here. Great views of the mountains too which is
a plus. The hotel is clean and reliable - furnishings in the rooms are nice too.

I've been here a many times over the last 2 years. Every time I check in I am
greeted with a friendly smile from a very polite Sandman employee.
When I stay in the Tower, the view is amazing. The rooms are large and very well
maintained. The shuttle to the airport is very handy.
When I am catching a morning flight I always stay at this hotel. This hotel is
also very handy when catching an early morning ferry to Victoria.
So to the staff of the Sandman Signature Richmond " Well done."

The hotel is not that far away from the airport. It is very clean. We only
stayed over night for our connecting flight so did not see much of it as we
checked in at 10:30PM and checked out at 6AM. The shuttle bus is a different
story. If you need to be at the airport early, then be down to catch the shuttle
bus at least 1/2 hour prior to your intial departure time. It seems to full of
airline employees all heading back out.

Stayed at Sandman Signature Hotel & Resort Vancouver Airport from Tuesday, April
5 to Wednesday, April 6. Liked shuttle from airport. Clean, comfortable and
modern guest room. Had dinner at Chop restaurant and breakfast at Denny’s. Would
recommend this hotel to others.

I was originally in a room on the 14th floor of the b tower and found a live
bedbug which i took down to reception in a cup. they transferred me to a room on
the 8th floor and again i found a bed bug this one was dead. Not worth the
infestation.
