This is the second time in 2 months that we have used the Park
and Fly option. The hotel staff are excellent, rooms moderate
but comfortable. Exceptional check-in/check-out service. On this
occasion we had to catch the first shuttle to the airport on Jan
1st at 4 am!! Although we missed breakfast, our "Breakfast To
Go" was a pleasant surprise waiting for us at the front desk.
(on our previous stay we did have the complimentary breakfast
and it was terrific, plus free newspaper)
The staff and management are to be commended for exceptional
customer service.
We will be back and have recommended you to our family and
friends

Like other Hampton Inns that we have visited, the front desk
service is good, the elevators and hallways are attractive, the
parking is convenient, the breakfast is reasonably good, the
room is clean, and the bed is very, very comfortable. We
appreciate the free Wifi in the room and the large desk on which
to set a computer. A small comment: there was no empty power
point for our computer as the contact points behind the desk
were all filled. We had to climb under the desk to unplug the
coffee machine in order to have a place to plug in our computer.
A suggestion here could be to supply a power bar under the desk.
The lobby of the hotel is not very special and its location,
while handy to the airport, is in a charmless area. All things
considered, we were happy to stay at the hotel again at the end
of our trip.

Stayed at this property several times and thought it about time
to let others know. Would highly recommend for business travel
especially. Am a member of Hilton rewards program of which
Hampton Inn's are a part of so I stay at Hilton / Hampton quite
often. Found this property to be as most Hampton's. Clean,
decent location, although more geared for business. Rooms are
standard hotel fair, however they do retain that Hilton flair.
Furniture etc is just a little higher grade. Very comfortable
bed, flat screen TV, wireless internet. My internet was free but
I believe that is part of my rewards pkg. May not be the same
for everyone. Lots of free parking. Free breakfast.
This hotel is located near the Airport. Safe area, but fairly
industrial, if you don't have a car not a lot of places to go.
Having said that, if you do have a car, you are only 5-10
minutes from a number of restaurants, and some decent shopping.
The location is also favorable to access major streets and
highways. Depending on traffic you are about 30 minutes to
downtown Vancouver.
Could definitely recommend, especially for business travel.

fine for a night before the flight out
It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. they provided a couple
of bottles of bottled water at check in and the shuttle to the
airport was nice. It’s not in a nice area and there were minimal
places to walk to for dinner. But it was fine the last night of
our trip, and close to the airport.
