Uncaring and unhelpful staff. Room felt like it probably hadn't been used in
years (smelt moldy). Dank and dingy bathroom. Lots of noise from the highway and
airport. We only stayed here because they offered free parking while we were
away - next time I'll stay at a decent hotel and pay for parking.

Excellent shuttle service...Fast check in/out...Room was average...5 minutes
walk to the skytrain...Nothing to complain about...

Have stayed there 3 times in the last 2 months and the rooms are clean and
comfortable,, shuttle service to the airport is quick and on time and the added
bonus is the Brooklyn bar and grill which is attached to the hotel, food is
excellent and affordably priced,, all in all an excellent hotel

we recently stayed at the executive inn express on a trip to Mexico, check in
was quick and easy was able to add another guest to the room without no problems
or charges and was given a complementary roll away bed free of charge. we parked
and stayed with no problems to vehicle what so ever. the rooms are basic but
clean and have a coffee maker and fridge in all rooms. shuttle service to and
from the airport was efficient and on time. the corridors are cooler but that is
what one would expect from an open corridor and did not have any issues with
noise from luggage in hallways or from the road and we were in a corner room
would recommend this hotel to travellers with family. oh ya and the hot tub
worked great

The location and service this hotel offers is perfect when you need a stopover
for air travel. We were on a one week vacation and stayed one night both going
and coming home. What more could you ask for when they offer free parking for
the week you are away, excellent and efficient shuttle service back and forth to
the airport and they will keep your keys and cell phones while you are away.
Check in is always quick and easy. Access to the hotel from the highway is easy.
The rooms are clean and offer everything you need. We have used this hotel twice
and will definitely come here again the next trip we take.

Had a great experience on the short stopover. Sami at the front counter was so
kind courteous, and a wonderful host. We could not have asked for anything
better.

Stayed here for two nights-when we left and on our return. Check in was
efficient and friendly, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Took
advantage of the park n fly option and they even looked after our keys for us.
Shuttle was efficient, and hotel has easy access to the airport and the highway.
Will stay here again.
