I stayed at this hotel in February of 2011 with 29 grade 11 students and five adults. The hotel is modern and very clean. The hotel gave us 11 rooms on a floor in a tower that only had 12 rooms so we had the entire floor to ourselves. This was nice as we did not bother other guests. The hotel had the keys all organized very well before we got there. The kids and the adults all really enjoyed the stay and thought everything was great. We chose to eat at a nearby Tim's even though there is a Denny's in the parking lot. The kids loved the 250' waterslide. This is one of the only hotels I could find with a waterslide in the greater Vancouver area. It also has a hot tub and a small pool inside and an outdoor pool that was not open because it was February. The hotel charged us $135 per room per night (taxes and everything in). I would definately stay here again with my own family or with a group. Our school goes to Vancouver most years for a missions trip and then we spend a few days sightseeing. We will stay here every year from now on during our sightseeing days. Rooms are large, clean, modern and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the rooms did not have a small fridge. Ice is free though. We also went to the Richmond Shopping centre which is close by and Steveston Wharf which is about 20 minutes. The wharf is very cool; lots of neat shops and a great view of the ocean. We had an amazing fish and chips dinner here.

I had to go to Richmond, BC for business and therefore both myself and several of my colleagues stayed at this hotel.

It is a very large hotel with several different restaurants and bars on location. This came in really handy when at the end of the day we all wanted to have some food and drinks and not have to worry about driving anywhere. The restaurants we ate at had amazing food and the service was outstanding.

The room I stayed in had a wonderful balcony and a great view of the mountains (really lucked out with the side of the hotel I was on). The room was clean and cozy. It had nothing outstanding about it... it was just your typically hotel room, however I never once felt uncomfortable during my stay there.

The only negative comment I would have is that the hotel is so large I got lost when I first checked in. The lady at the front desk told me to go to the wrong tower and therefore I wandered around the hotel for awhile before I was finally directed to the correct tower. Once I knew where I was suppose to be, it was simple to get around. Also, you need to use your room key to access the elevator. This was never explained to me or any of the other people I was travelling with. Therefore when we got into the elevator for the first time, none of us could figure out why it wouldn't work. Unfortunately we all arrived at different times and therefore couldn't help each other out, but after the elevator door opened and closed several times without moving, a helpful guest told me to use my key and I never had a problem again. I just think this is something that should be explained to you when you first arrived.

If I ever have to go back to Richmond for business, I would certainly stay at this hotel again. The location to the airport is great and I had a wonderful time.

We travelled to Vancouver to take our daughter and her two friends to the Carrie Underwood Concert. Her two friends have never really stayed in a hotel and were thoroughly thrilled to be staying in such a grand hotel in the Provincial Suite at the Sandman Signature Hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and quiet. The girls stayed up most of the evening enjoying the room. The location is great also. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Executive General Manager of the hotel, Scott Johnson who went over and beyond making sure that our stay was most enjoyable and it was at that!
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it truly is a Stanley Cup winning hotel!!!!

I stayed here for a week on a business trip. Every person you deal at this hotel, from the person who made the reservation, to the front desk staff, to the waiters at Chop were all so friendly and helpful. They even called my room on the second or third night of my stay to make sure everything was perfect. The fitness center is smaller, but does the job, as well as the pool! The room was clean and the housekeeping staff we very nice, even leaving the excess throw pillows and such off the bed once they realized that I kept taking them off. Very pleasant stay indeed.

Very comfortable beds and great staff. They even brought a robe to my room when I wanted to use the pool. Oh and the water slide was lots of fun!
