After taking the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, we were
greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms are clearly recently renovated
and are very comfortable, stylish and clean. The beds are very
comfortable. The continental breakfast includes a nice bright and clean
room with fresh fruit, canned fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee,
bagels, bread for toast and a waffle maker. On 2 separate stays here,
there was an attendant in the room making waffles, assisting travelers
and cleaning up. The staff at this hotel clearly care. I will definitely
stay here again. The hotel is close to the airport and there is a
Starbucks and Costco within walking distance.

good price
Good hotel for a good price. The free shuttle from the aiport and back
is the best perk. The breakfast is very simple but also very good. Some
nice restaurants in the area, recommend the Boat House. Very good
seafood.

This hotel has a number of pluses going for it. It’s conveniently
located if you’re travelling to or from Tsawwassen ferry terminal (the
620 bus from the terminal drops you at Bridgeport Station, about a
five-minute walk to the hotel). The shuttle service to the airport takes
just ten minutes, and the hours of operation are better than at many
hotels, catering to early departures and late arrivals. Although the
breakfast lady isn’t on site to make waffles till about 5:30 a.m., we
were able to serve ourselves to coffee, bagels and cream cheese,
bananas, etc., at around 4:30 a.m. before boarding the shuttle. Both
nights we checked in (before and after our vacation), the heating in our
room had been turned on, ensuring it was nice and toasty – a welcome
touch as this was during a cold snap.

The rooms are quite spacious and very clean, the beds are comfortable,
and we heard no noise from traffic, other guests or even the elevator,
though we were located close to it one night. Check-in and check-out
were quick and efficient, and front desk staff were helpful with
directions to restaurants and allowing us to use the computer for a few
moments. On top of all that, we got an excellent rate through a seasonal
promotion offered by the hotel chain’s loyalty program. Definitely
recommended.

Outstanding Service
When I was checking in, I asked the gentleman at the front desk if he
knew of a store in the area that sold luggage and would still be open
(it was a Sunday night). He then proceeded to call just about every
store and shopping centre in the area to find out. He determined that
the Walmart located 15-20 minutes away was the only choice. He then
printed out directions to and from the store for me. All of this took
nearly a half hour of his time! The level of customer service he
provided was extraordinary in every way. The lady responsible for
breakfast the next day was also extremely accommodating and kind. There
are plenty of hotels near Vancouver International Airport, but I doubt
any of them could surpass the Days Inn’s obvious dedication to meeting
its guests’ needs and making their stay enjoyable.

The staff here is very professional and they very efficient at the front
desk. Rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. We always
stay here and would recommend this hotel to any and everyone. They also
have shuttle service to and from YVR-Main Terminal which is very
convenient. Their hotel/lobby cat is adorable and the morning waffles
are better than mom used to make!! Love their complimentary continental
breakfast, just the way I like to start my day. But don't take my word,
check it out yourself, you'll be happy you did!!! And i"m sure it will
be your new favorite YVR area hotel (if it isn't already)

This is an excellent hotel to stay at before catching your flight out of
Vancouver International. We have stayed in several Vancouver airport
hotels over the years, and this exceeded all others, in value, in staff
friendliness, and cleanliness. The free shuttle, and continental
breakfast made it even more appealing. Coming from Vancouver Island, we
often need a room for a night or two...we won't book anywhere else now.
Thanks for a great stay.

Great deal
checked out www.allure-hotels.com
for a hotel in Vancouver, came across this one, the price was cheap, the
reviews of other travelers was very good. I do not spend a lot of time
in the hotel, but when I do I like it to not be a dump. I went and was
not disappointed, ya the reviews are really true. Overall great deal,
and was actually the best sleep I have had in a hotel.

Not impressed
We chose this hotel because it was closer to the airport and
approximately the same price as our usual choice- the Accent Inn and it
received good reviews on this site. The room was comfortable and clean.
The hotel is in an industrial area and on a side street with what seems
to be an abandoned factory in front. It has no restaurant so our choices
for dinner were a walk through heavy highway traffic to two over-priced
restaurants- one seafood , the other Italian or Burger King. A competent
helpful staff would have made a real difference The desk clerk we
encountered, however, was at best indifferent or at worse hostile. It
seemed from his demeanor that the usual clientele were less than
desirable.
