The staff here are very courteous and friendly. They go out of
their way to make you feel at home and have provided the best
service. Their bartenders are very friendly and interesting
people, making having a couple beers a great time. Their
restaurant is very good and their breakfast buffet was
excellent. Their rooms are nice sized, very clean, and the beds
are very comfortable.
I drove from
Seattle and decided to stay here while visiting
Vancouver to save a little money. Hotels in this area and
Vancouver are expensive but by staying here and taking the
Canada Line SkyTrain to
Downtown
Vancouver I saved a good amount of pocket
change. The train station is only a 5-8 minute walk from the
hotel lobby.
I highly recommend staying here and will do the same in the
future!

Stayed for 3 nights following an Alaska land tour/cruise. The
beds were so comfortable, and really suited our needs to catch
up on a little bit of sleep following a long family vacation.
Rooms was clean, lobby was clean. The only issue was the key
cards kept having to be reset each day. Was a pain to go up the
elevator, try the key multiple times and then go back down to
the lobby. Not a huge issue, just an annoyance. We walked to the
SkyTrain in Richmond with no issues. Hotel transport to airport
was fine. Would recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel for the money! Room service was excellent
although they did miss a few items and we had to call to have
them come back. The staff were all very friendly, prompt and
accommodating. The room was great - comfy beds and if you've
travel with kids getting the one bdrm suite is a must! If you're
a shopper then
Richmond Center Mall is literally across the street
and the Skytrain is close by to zip quickly to downtown
Vancouver. All around a great hotel and we will definitely stay
again when in the area!

We booked our rooms through Hotwire for $82 a night each (we got
one king room and one 2-double bed suite), which offered great
value (the front desk told me that the standard rate would have
been $219). So great value.
The rooms are clean. Bed is comfy (but not the softest), but the
pillows are so-so. I didn't eat at the hotel as I found the menu
to be overpriced.
The pool is outdoor on the 5th floor, next to a parking lot. It
felt odd to swim when you know that the pool can be accessed by
anybody from the public parking lot... just didn't feel safe as
I was by myself.
There are plenty of restaurants (even grocery store) nearby.
Parking charge was additional...

I was more than impressed with this hotel. We were exhausted
from traveling, and my kids and I were able to relax in our room
on the comfortable bed in front of the TV easily. We had a one
bedroom suite, and it suited our needs perfectly with two kids.
I requested a portable crib at check-in, and it was up to our
room and set up within minutes. The lady even brought extra
sheets and was knew to leave the loose ones off the portable
crib. We had a super early flight the next morning, and had to
leave before they began serving breakfast (which was included
free in our room rate), so we had an early dinner in the lobby
that night. They allowed us in the restaurant before it
officially opened, and went out of their way to serve us well.
Also in the morning, they offered us some to-go breakfast items
(without us even asking for them) since we were too early for
breakfast.
