Clean and tidy hotel in Richmond
This hotel was clean & tidy, location was convenient. Staff was
friendly. The gym was small but has most essential equipments. The only
down side is that it does not have a pool and the parking lot needs the
hotel card to get in which was inconvenient. Sometimes it took several
swipes in order for the garage gate to open and the parking spaces were
very tight.

Pleasantly Surprised
I had a 3-star expectation of this hotel when I made the reservation,
but was pleasantly surprised by it when we got there. The rooms were
VERY comfortable, and even though we arrived quite late and had to leave
very early, there was a McDonalds right next door where we could grab a
quick bite to eat. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, and the room
very spacious and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A good experience overall.
Very nice hotel with good rooms and a fine staff. The only downside as
far a we were concerned is that we wanted to use the Canada Line train
to go to downtown Vancouver every day. Getting to the train was
accomplished either by using the local bus or hitching a ride on the
airport shuttle to within walking distance of the train. Previous
Expedia reviews had mentioned that the walls were thin and you could
hear your neighbors, but we did not notice this at all.

The location is away from the downtown Richmond yet is convenient if you
have a car. I stayed in a king size bed room and it is very roomy. The
staff is friendly and the room is very clean. It is more than I expected
in terms of the rate with this kind of quality. I'd definitely stay in
this Inn whenever I visit Richmond again. MacDonald is within 100 ft
away for breakfast.

When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly front desk agent. She was
very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. She had a smile on her
face the entire time she was talking with us. We had spoken about the
island and places to see, as we were coming back from seeing our son on
this island. Her name is Megan and helped us thoroughly throughout our
stay there. Once we got into our room, it was a very nice room with 2
queen beds and away from the elevator. We had booked through hotwire and
the rate was just right. The restaurant attached to the hotel had really
good food, as we ate most of our meals there. Megan had recommended a
tour for us to see the city, as she had previously been on it. The tour
was with Westcoast sightseeing tours, it was the Vancouver city and
highlights. It was 4.5 hours and a wonderful way to see all the sights
in the city. Megan and the rest of the front desk were very personable
and helpful. We are going to recommend this hotel to all of our friends.
THANK YOU Holiday Inn for a wonderful stay.

Not what I was expecting! Room was nice and clean! Wi-Fi did not work
and was important to me! Parking is a nightmare, with too few spaces! No
mini fridge and there are two bottles of water in the bathroom ($2.50
ea)! Attached restaurant is a noisy sport bar! Had to ask front desk for
a copy of my invoice! A tacky Holiday Inn!! I won't return!
