Stayed here for convenience. Arrived late night from Ottawa and
have to catch a morning flight the next day. It offers free
shuttle to and from the airport. Its close to the airport but it
is not a middle-of-nowhere type of airport hotel. Its in the
middle of Richmond.
The room was very comfortable, very good standard, as one could
expect from a Marriott. The restaurant where I had dinner and
breakfast was good too.
I love hotels where they recognize that not all laptops have a
good wifi receiver, and their wifi signal is not equally strong
everywhere, and beside wifi connection, offer wired connection.
This hotel is one.

Planning meetings at this Marriott is a breeze - staff are quick
to ensure that every aspect of your stay is great - catering &
restaurant food & service are excellent - always accommodating
on any last minute requests or changes - staff remember your
special needs when you return. Convenient location for business
travelers by car, ferry, or flight - free & frequent shuttle
from airport. Beds are so comfy and room is great for any
partners not attending meetings OR within walking distance to
shops, services, other restaurants.

I recently stayed at the Vancouver Airport Marriott in Richmond,
BC for about two weeks and the staff made me feel so much at
home. Unknown to me I was staying over Thanksgiving in Canada
and they offer the full spread and it was a great meal in their
restaurant with the great service I received my entire stay. I
can only say hats off to the management and staff of this
beautiful hotel.

My husband was staying here on business over his birthday. The
hotel staff went out of their way to help me make the day
special even though I couldn't be there. They put little
birthday treats from the kitchen in his room while he was out.
They were very friendly and made the whole experience very
enjoyable. The hotel was very clean and catered to the
conference held there very well.

We stayed in a small room with only one bed for 2 person. The
hotel itself is located in a very heavy traffic area with a lot
of noise. We were on the eighth floor, but the noise is still
loud. We asked to change to another room but was refused unless
we want to pay $US 20.00 more per day. they also charge us
parking fee $ 15.00 per day plus tax. It is a *** hotel at most.

I booked this room for a 3 day conference and I have everything
ran so smoothly! From the efficient check-in, the very spacious
comfortable guest rooms, to the meeting room - everything was
perfect. Dinner at the American Grille was excellent - I had
rack of lamb and Caesar salad - delicious and the service was
extremely pleasant and professional - something you don't always
get with a large group.
I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
