Just prior to Christmas, my family and I stayed in one of the suites at the
hotel. The front desk person was more than gracious as he made sure our stay was
comfortable. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. We had a slight
issue with the TV and it was fixed immediately. I am embarrassed to say it was
my error and not the TV or hotel. The staff still was very accommodating. Check
in was quick and very easy. We had a plane to catch the next morning and so we
had to take a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle was right on time and the
driver explained the details of the airport so we knew exactly where to go. I
highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Richmond, Vancouver area.

My wife and I stayed at the Executive Inn Express in Richmond for one night. We
were attending a dinner at the Boathouse Restaurant and watching a show at the
River Rock Showroom. The location of the Hotel and proximity to both venues was
the number one reason for our selection and we were not disappointed! A short $5
cab ride to each venue was well worth the nights stay as we live in Langley and
a cab ride home would have cost us more than staying in the hotel. The hotel
itself was neat and the room was clean and well kept. It was very quiet and we
got a great nights sleep.
Highly Recommend!

For the 97 dollars we paid for 4 people for one night.... i suppose it was
ok....
The beds were horrible, not only were they hard mattresses, but they had no
fitted sheets on the bottom, so by half way through the night, we were sleeping
on bare matress... YUCK! also 4 of us shared a room, and the bathroom door didnt
even close, the handle was broken... the plumbing in the building was
unbelievable loud, waking us up ever time someone flushed a toilette or
showered....
We did how ever get to leave our car there for 8 days during our trip at no
charge... so i guess if you are traveling on a budget and just need a quick
place to rest and a place to leave you car, go for it... but i you want a nice
quiet relaxing stay... i suggest stay somewhere else!!!
Next time I will spend more... and get more!
