Right price for comfortable stay
The hotel was located near the airport, with convenient shuttle and free
breakfast. The hotel was small but just right for our family. Tight
parking but I guess all parking spaces in Vancouver were tight anyway.
May go back there again.

Close to the airport
We stayed here the night before a flight out of Vancouver’s airport (YVR).
We arrived close to midnight and the staff on duty was very helpful --
even offered us a fresh pot of coffee and tea. It was a good location.
Room was clean, as expected and everything we needed. The only slight
downside was the lack of secure parking. (They have a parking lot but it
is not locked.) But we didn’t keep any valuables in the car and our car
was fine overnight. We would stay here again if we needed a place close
to the airport!

I love this place. I have stayed here lots, alone, with family for an
overnight prior to a flight out, for sports competitions with my kids, a
weekend with girlfriends etc etc. The price is always excellent, beds
are so comfortable, it's always immaculate, breakfast works (not fancy
but fine) and the front desk staff especially one lady who always stands
out (Carol - blonde middle aged lady who gave me bath salts for a bath)
are so helpful and go out of their way to help you. They have shuttle
service over to the airport. If you want an inexpensive place to stay in
the Vancouver (Richmond) area at 1/2 to 1/3 the price of the surrounding
hotels (which are also good), this place is awesome and for an overnight
stay before a flight; you can't beat it. Thanks Days Inn Richmond!

I have been there for 2 times for my academic exam. It is very great to
have computer in the king room. The room is very clean and tidy and
neat. I will go there again. The staff is very friendly.

Despite being on an overnight stopover, we enjoyed staying at this
hotel, which was very comfortable, and had excellent customer service,
with very helpful staff. There is a shuttle to and from the airport
which is very convenient, which takes about half an hour.
Excellent breakfast choices were offered. A very positive experience.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean but not much
on the extra's. Within walking distance of some restaurants. Just
outside of Vancouver where we did our excursions. Reasonable rates. Taxi
service available. Jeremy was outstanding and never hesitated to be of
assistance. Continental Breakfast was very good and attended by a person
of service who kept it clean and full of food. She also was very
pleasant. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

Stayed here for one night. Rooms were very clean and had a nice
view towards the mountains, the staff were extremely helpful,
especially Jeremy who checked us in and helped with every
question. I think the staff and value for money is what makes it
a good hotel. Close to the River Rock Casino and the sky train
station which takes you to the airport and down town. It is in a
bit of an industrial area and the path to the skytrain station
needs a bit updating.

My family of four, husband, daughters 11 and 9 and me, flew to
Vancouver a day early before our cruise and stayed at the Days
Inn Vancouver Airport. We took advantage of the free shuttle
from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle services 3 hotels and
we were the last stop but the whole trip took only about 20
minutes.
The hotel is in a transitioning area. Looks like some industries
were there at one time and then they built a couple hotels and a
casino in the area. Within walking distance are a Subway
restaurant and a couple of other fast food chains. The biggest
plus is the close proximity to the light rail train which was
built for the Olympics and now services the Richmond and
Vancouver area.
Check in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was good
sized and very clean. A basic hotel with no frills but more than
adequate for our night day stay. I had picked it based on
reviews and price (got the government employee
discount). The beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet
even though we were across from the elevator we heard no outside
noise.
We did walk the five minutes to the rail station and went into
Vancouver to stretch our legs and have an early dinner. Very
convenient!
A complimentary breakfast also came with the room and it was one
of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Probably due to the staff
that kept everything stocked, tidy and the tables cleared and
cleaned. There was a selection of cereal, biscuits, bagels,
toast, pastries, oatmeal and an assortment of beverages plus a
make your own waffle area.

exceptionally helpful even to the length of doing online check
in for our return flight next day and recommending local eating
facilities - very convenient only 5 minutes drive from airport -
room was excellent and breakfast facilities very good - good
value for money

After a long flight from Australia and another day of flying to
Fairbanks the next day, this hotel was a great place to stay.
The complimentary shuttle from and to the airport was reliable
and easy to find, and the welcome and friendliness of all the
staff was greatly appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and
well equipped. Breakfast was simple but good and was available
from 6am as I recall. Needing sleep more than food we didn't
venture far from the hotel (the nearest food outlets seemed to
be a Subway and Hungry Jacks), although it didn't look too far
to the new airport line train station. I would recommend this
hotel as great value for money and convenient location near to
Vancouver Airport.
