Average, comfortable hotel. Comfortable, reasonable
rates. Better to stay if you have your own
transportation, nothing in the area. Had no problems
with my stay other than the temperature control in my
room seemed to take several hours to have any affect on
the actual temperature in my room.

Great value and great location for a day layover night
in Vancouver
The airport shuttle was very quick and timely and the
driver was very friendly! This property is only Our son
enjoyed the pool and we went swimming 3 times over the
course of our 22 hour stay. The on-site restaurant was
beyond our expectations and a great meal at a decent
price. Our experience at this property was very
enjoyable and just the type of place we need before
embarking on a very long international flight. Stay
HERE!

We were in town for 1 night. The place was very clean
and comfortable, desk staff very nice, etc. The shuttle,
which runs every 30 minutes rather than on demand, was
nice as well. It actually made it easy for us to hop
over to the neighboring signature hotel where the rest
of our group was without taking a 10 minute or so walk
by the freeway. So the quirks...just a few, and only
minor issues, but I figured I’d note them. The gym,
while being very small but adequate. Finally, an the
most amusing/scary/odd thing, was the business center.
My wife went up in the morning to check her email before
leaving the room is a converted hotel room...totally
understandable. All in all, it’s a very nice and clean
budget hotel by the airport.

As we arrived very late and were leaving very early we
just asked for a early morning call at 4:15 a.m. to
catch the 5:00 a.m. shuttle. We missed the shuttle by 1
minute, were the FIRST IN LINE for the next at 5:30 a.m.
but were told by driver that we could not get on as he
was now full after loading airline personnel and other
hotel customers!! Since we were now in jeopardy of
missing our plane, we asked the hotel to call a taxi.
They paid for the cab but not the tip! We barely made
the plane! I think one should certainly expect more than
this since hospitality is their business....just
unacceptable! We were on an extended trip and all the
other hotels we stayed at were excellent!

We stayed at this hotel before we went on vacation to
Mexico. The staff at the front desk were great and they
even upgraded us at check in to a "loft" room. We have
never stayed at a hotel that had a room with 2 levels -
A must if you stay at this hotel! The room was nice and
clean and they even gave us a gift basket! We ate at
Moxie's, the service was OK, food was good - music was a
little too loud for us. This was overall a great
experience and we would definitely stay here next time
we are in Vancouver |
