We had a large conference at this hotel and had a great experience with
the staff. Marie Astrid did a great job to accommodate us. Well above

I am writing on behalf of my customers that I have sent to your Hotel
over January Period. I am a supervisor for a airline and have been
sending m,y distressed passengers to your hotel.. The feedback from my
customers has been over whelming and although they were upset that we
canceled our flights they came back the next morning with smiles on
their faces and the compliments, were Shuttle Bus fast and efficient .
The Reservation Agents at the check counter friendly and accommodating
The rooms very comfortable and clean.
The restaurant outstanding and this was for Carvers as well as Tivolis
value for money as well as speedy efficient and friendly service . I am
very happy to be able to offer this Hotel to the all of my passengers
knowing that they will be taken care of. Way to Go all Staff at the
Executive Plaza you all do a exceptional job keep up the good work.

The Executive provided a convenient shuttle to/from the airport. The
front desk staff were VERY friendly and helpful whether I needed outside
walking directions or hotel amenity directions. The location for me was
also very convenient. The room was clean and quiet. I was greeted by
friendly staff at the breakfast buffet which was also to die for. I was
very impressed with the selection. I have also passed on my positive
comments to my staff travel dept with the anticipation for future
reservations for myself and other staff members at your hotel. I had a
great stay and thank-you to all your staff. Melanie

Recently stayed at Executive Airport Plaza with my husband and newborn.
Everything was terrific: most rooms have fridges for baby food; they set
up a cot so that I wouldn't need to bring mine from home; everything is
clean and spacious.
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The free airport
shuttle driver was exceptionally warm and friendly. The common areas and
rooms were very clean and comfortable. The elevators are a bit small and
dated but worked well and fit a stroller and two carry-on pieces.
We didn't use the pool but it looked like it would be fine for swimming
laps, but not particularly fun for children.
My one disappointment was that the restaurant staff were not
particularly pleased that I brought my baby to the restaurant. Because
he is so young, he could not sit in a highchair, but the waitresses I
saw both mornings told me there was no place for my stroller or car seat
and my baby would have to sit somewhere else. The restaurant was not
particularly crowded and it was a buffet breakfast so I insisted my baby
stay with me.

I enjoy staying at the Executive Airport Plaza on my trips to Vancouver.
The staff are very welcoming. On this trip, Eileen was exceptional,
setting me up with all available upgrades on my points without having to
be asked. Location is great. Recommend it highly for business and other
travellers.

The Staff are very accommodating and always wearing BIG SMILES on their

I travel to Vancouver / Richmond several times a year to visit my
daughter. Whenever I can, I stay here. The service of the front desk is
always first class. The location is excellent - a free shuttle to/from
the airport and walking distance to the Skytrain to Vancouver. I find
the price is always the best of similar hotels in the area.
I have tried other hotels in the area when this one is booked up but it
remains my first choice and I always stay here when I can. It's also
walking distance to the big Shopping Mall and the pool is always warm
and clean.
I always stay in the one or two bedroom suites, they are excellent value
and are full apartment style with separate bedrooms, a full kitchen and
laundry facilities. It's like a home away from home and you won't be
disappointed!

we arrived in Vancouver at midnight, we called for the shuttle while
waiting for our bags, when we got to the hotel the paperwork was ready
and waiting for all four rooms, we grabbed our keys and went to bed.
After a long day of travel the beds were wonderful. The next morning we
hit the breakfast buffet, there was no shortage of options, hot or cold,
all the food was great. We had a few hours of "retail therapy planned"
after a great sleep and breakfast it was a perfect way to spend a few
hours til the next flight.
The front desk staff was friendly and efficient making the experience a smooth and easy transition to
coming home from an all inclusive vacation.
