Within a 2 day stay we moved rooms 3 times, Black clumps of hair in the shower
and tub, our air conditioner sounded like it was going to explode every time it
turned on, never got any sleep that night , then were told oh were sorry we
could put you in a new room. went to open the beds and found bed bugs !!!! in
the new room and had to move again, so we are checking out early and going
somewhere else !believe me it isn't worth the trouble

The hotel was great. We were the first guests to stay in a newly refurbished
room. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was
exceptionally helpful regarding directions and sightseeing planning. There was a
free shuttle bus to/from the airport. The hotel is approximately 6 blocks from
the Sky Train which takes you to downtown Vancouver (approximately 15 minute
train ride - $3.75 fare). The shuttle bus driver dropped us off at the Sky Train
stop and we were able to take a bus back. The sky train drops you off 1 and 1/2
blocks from Canada Place (Cruise Terminal) so you can take the Sky Train to your
cruise ship and save money on the transfers to the cruise ship ($12.50 to $50.00
per person).

This hotel was great for location, but not great for comfort or cleanliness. The
drains in the sink and bathtub do not work. It takes the water forever to drain.
We had advised the front desk, but I don’t think anyone even came to take care
of it. This hotel is ok for the price if you are just looking for a cheap place
to stay, but don’t expect too much of anything otherwise.

will go again
reasonable rate not bad service just a little bit not convenience for
transportation for waiting bus if you don’t have your own car but anyway it
still OK!

Convenient
We arrived in Vancouver BC late. Wanted a hotel close to the airport so we could
get to bed ASAP for all our activities the next day - heading east to Banff.
This was a perfect choice. The shuttle came quickly and we were in our room
within 15 min.

Staff are awesome, hotel location is good, good value for the cost. I left some
items in the room, the hotel responded to my email immediately. For sure we
would stay at this hotel again.
We had a pleasant and convenient stay at the Travelodge, Vancouver Airport. The
service was as expected and pleasant. We will be staying there again soon and do
recommend it to other travellers.

This hotel is decent for the price paid but I would not pay a whole lot more,
which was 68 per night.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when needed and check in was quick
and efficient. The hotel and room are older and have not been modernized for the
most part, but the room was clean. The elevators at this hotel tend to be slow,
once waiting well over 2 minutes in the lobby for one to arrive.
The hotel has an indoor pool and small spa, however the pool is not heated, the
water is chilly so one must like cold water to really enjoy it, but otherwise
the pool is a decent size.
The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, and its a quick ride to the
airport, took less then 5 minutes, shuttle is first come first served so best to
be in the lobby 5-10 minutes before the shuttle leaves.
For the price paid this hotel provides clean accommodations with a friendly
staff.
