Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations! Although it was a 15-20 minute
drive from Vancouver, I am glad we chose this hotel for our trip. Breakfast had
a good selection of hot and cold items; waffles, cereal, fruit, pastries,
yogurt, bagels. Our room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I disliked
were the pillows, they were super big. Slept without a pillow during my stay.
Also, our room had a computer with free access to internet. I enjoyed this extra
featured since our cell phones had no service. This helped us find good
restaurants in the area. Staff extremely friendly and helpful! I love it when we
receive great customer service.

Wonderful personnel.......VERY helpful and accommodating, plus a GREAT breakfast
the next morning with a real person making the Belgian waffles for you! Only 7
minutes from the airport, but we didn't hear the planes at all!!!

We required an "overnight" on our way back home to Saskatchewan from a very long
tedious 22 hour flight.
We received courteous shuttle service to the hotel and was met by very pleasant
front desk clerk on the evening shift. As we got in around 9 pm. Check in was
quick and efficient. He made time to give us a good orientation of the hotel
amenities and where to find a nearby restaurant despite quite a few guests came
in on the same shuttle.
The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We had a good nights rest despite
being an airport hotel and enjoyed a lovely complimentary breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel as the price is right, location great, free
shuttle, pleasant staff and great free complimentary breakfast.
Will frequent this hotel again in the future.

We stayed at Days Inn at the end of May, after having a not so brilliant stay at
a hotel in downtown Vancouver. At first we were hesitant about the location as
it is in Richmond and ideally we wanted to be downtown, but the public transport
was incredible! We were at the waterfront within 20 minutes from leaving the
hotel, and at $9 a day each for unlimited SkyTrain, SeaBus, and bus
transportation around Vancouver the price was unbeatable.
The staff in the hotel were great and the room was amazing. The room even came
with a desktop computer in the corner for our unlimited use. The whole place was
really clean, continental breakfast was included and plenty to keep us going
until lunchtime. The free parking was perfect, in a safe car park. I would make
sure you give your license plate details at the front desk when you check in. We
weren't asked for ours and got a note on our truck saying they would tow us if
we didn't move or get a permit from reception.
Overall our stay at the Days Inn was unbeatable; great room, great price, great
staff. Awesome

I have a benchmark for hotels in Richmond. The place I usually stay is $10
cheaper with all the same stuff and more. But that price difference is totally
irrelevant as $10 while travelling is gobbled up instantly by server and porter
tips. The important thing is quality at this budget end of the scale for hotels
in the Vancouver area.
I wanted to like this hotel more. I really did. I tried! Honest. I've been
waiting months for my regular place to be full so I could try the Days Inn. I've
read all the TA reviews. The Days is number 4 at the moment in Richmond. In
fact, if you translate two of the seven Poor/Terrible reviews, you see that the
German guests actually got the scale reversed assuming 1 to be the good end of
the scale.
In staying here, I wanted to see if it would bump my regular hotel off my list.
