Friendly staff, excellent service, rooms clean & quiet. Short walk to Vancouver
Train service. Excellent airport shuttle service.

needed an affordable hotel to stay overnight between flights @ yvr. free shuttle
bus, very comfy and clean rooms + great staff. Room was a good size too and they
have free internet/wife and free business centre with printers.

The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. In fact, whoever
is training just about any customer service rep in the Vancouver area should be
preceded with rainbows and unicorns and theme music. Superb. Convenient to
Vancouver International, it's just down the road. Would stay there again.

The hotel is not particularly nice, nor is it very clean. The staff is
inexplicably haughty for an airport Hampton.
If you have an infant, the hotel does not have cribs (any).

I found the rooms small for a Hampton Inn, the parking is limited and there are
very limited amenities. There are a lot of competition around, I won't choose to
stay here again.

Hotel is very close to the airport, has shuttle service, room is spacious and
clean, free internet, flat screen TV, one can hear the airplanes, with love
chair, interesting hair dryer with built in emergency light, breakfast is basic
and included in room rate of 165 CA$, shuttle runs every 30 minutes, parking was
free, clothes cabinet was not big enough, so trousers were touching the ground
about 1 1/2 ",

This hotel is close to YVR Airport, which is great for late arrival flight /
early AM flight.
Three problems with this hotel:
1. They require a parking pass for parking. While they do not charge to park, it
is very frustrating to arrival late at night, pull out the bags, and check in.
Then, be told to go back to the car and put parking pass on the dash.
In the least, they should have a huge sign in the parking lot.
2. Front desk staff took more than 10 minutes to check me in even though I am
HHonors Diamond member who has stayed prior at the property.
They could not locate my reservation because they made mistake and checked
someone else in earlier in the night under my name due to mix-up on their part.
Not impressed.
3. Rooms are old design of Hampton Inn with furniture that looks like it came
from the 80s and the old-style Hampton bathrooms. They need an upgrade Next time
I will stay at YVR Hilton.

Tired and weary after a lengthy flight - it's 1:30am...all we want to do is
SLEEP. Caught a cab to the Hampton Inn but realized we didn't have small change
to pay for the fare. Went inside to get some change and the hotel clerk ended up
paying for the cab ride...!! Wow...!! Got into our room and the bed was
"heavenly"...slept so soundly...!! Woke up in the morning to a hearty breakfast
- eggs, ham, waffles, fruit...perfect...!! We had been gone on a two week
vacation and our car remained at this hotel while we were away...no problems
whatsoever. Very, very impressed with our stay...!!

We had been flying all night and were absolutely exhausted when we arrived in
Vancouver. The shuttle service attendant was so courteous and helpful and got us
to the hotel as quickly as possible. Hotel reps were absolutely professional,
provided us with exceptional service, were friendly, helpful in every way and
got us to our room in very short order... after a quick breakfast that had just
been prepared fro guests. Rooms were quiet, spotless and very comfortable! Thank
you so much for making the end of our vacation so comfortable and pleasant! I
will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends!

We only stayed overnight and left at 3am so had no time to
really appreciate the hotel or its amenities.
