Bad quality room, unfriendly and non helpful staff, free shuttle – to and from
the airport, free breakfast but not buffet- restaurant staff very nice though,
free parking, overall really rubbish for $100 a night! Only choose it due to
proximity to airport and if u don't find anything else.

The desk clerk was very good in our treatment and info about the following
morning transfer coach to the airport. The room was clean and the facilities
were proper. The bathroom was clean and the hot water for the shower was good
.The refrigerator was good and the air conditioner was working quite well. The
double beds were very comfortable and the desk clerk awakened us at the time we
requested.

Clean room, traffic heavy from nearby streets but convenient to airport. desk
guy doesn't try hard, could have told me the elevator is closed off after 10 PM
and could have volunteered precise info that's needed for internet connection so
that I would have to call back with failed connection. Breakfast offered through
the restaurant was OK, we had scrambled eggs and toast, and coffee and OJ. Good
place to stay for a night or two if you need lodging close to airport.

Very dirty and unappealing hotel, but you can't beat its proximity to the
airport and the Skytrain. It's perfect if you've come in on the late Cathay
Pacific flight and just need a place to crash, but it's very noisy and terribly
maintained

While this hotel is not lavish, it is clean and comfortable and well located for
the airport. We were attracted by the free airport shuttle, and there was plenty
of parking. There were a few restaurants within a short drive. It was very
adequate for our needs. Service was efficient.

Found this hotel when everything downtown booked. Clean, Quiet, Comfortable
Room. Staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous.
Location is awesome. 5min to airport with complimentary shuttle. 5 minute walk
to sky train = 20min ride to downtown core. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing fancy but a clean hotel with shuttle service to the airport and a decent
restaurant. I was pleased with how quiet the room was in the evening, the court
yard minimized sound from the hall and the airplanes were not noticeable. I have
stayed in other hotels in the area that cost more but were not up to the value
of the Executive Inn.

Can't say enough about the staff - extremely courteous and helpful. Clean and
large rooms - twice the size of the rooms you'll get downtown and you don't have
to pay for parking!
There must be 20 restaurants within a 2 min drive and the skytrain is a walkable
distance.
All in all - awesome place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised on arriving here for my last night in Vancouver,
before flying away via the airport the next day. Great reception and very
polite, gave us our room before the check in time, and others that arrived (not
related to us) also got given their rooms early.
The room was lovely and clean and had exactly what I requested, microwave and a
fridge as I have a toddler who needs his warm milk first thing in the morning
and last thing at night, very cosy, no noise, overlooking the car park and
beyond, so I could see my friend arriving to see me off on my last day too which
was great.
The restaurant meal and service at dinner time was better than I expected too,
had a lovely healthy dinner, and am looking forward to having my breakfast there
tomorrow. My friend was also impressed with this hotel which is also nice to
look at as you come in.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, great value - only cost me $71 for the
night plus tax which is not much, including b.fast, and for what we got plus the
exceptional service, I have no idea why others complain via the reviews on here,
but can only put it down to the fact that some people are never satisfied with
anything and will always complain about something. While some of us appreciate a
great service and here you get exactly that.
The internet is only $5 for 24 hrs, though there is free access to a computer as
you come in at the reception area too, well worth it.
I also noted the airport shuttle arrive just outside the entrance of the hotel,
very convenient, it does not get easier than this, and was told it comes every
30 mins from 4am to midnight, but get downstairs 10 mins beforehand to ensure to
get on it when it arrives, can not be more fair than that, the shuttle to the
airport is also free with the hotel booking.
Overall this is great value for all you get while here, and a great place to
relax and unwind too, in my case for our last night before moving back overseas.
